It took a short bit to hear back from the company to schedule, however, once I did hear back they got me in quick. I had George as my plumber and was very impressed - he was polite, extremely honest that he wasn't sure if he would be able to flush my water heater since it was older and didn't want to hurt it (he ended up being able to do it just fine), and he was very communicative throughout the entire job, updating me on needing to get a part and when he was back, etc. I will definitely use them again when the need arises!

We called late in the day as that's when we realized we needed the drain snaked, and were able to get a next day morning appointment. George was knowledgable, pleasant, prrofessional, and efficient. We needed the main line snaked and the clog was quite far in from the main clean out. He also gave an opinion on two other minor issues and suggestions how to fix them. We will be using Plumber 2 The Rescue from now on!

Plumber to the rescue is the best plumber on the westside. Quick, efficient, professional, and responsive. Warren and Josh run an amazing company and hire great people. One of those great hires is George. He did a great job on my wax seal. Couldn't be happier with the service.

These guys used to be okay once upon a time. Now they are a total rip off. They say they charge $150.00 for first hour to clean a drain out! Well, as outrageous as that first hour charge is they then try their best to upsell and to waste time so they can keep adding to your bill. You'd think their second hour would be substantially less for clearing out a drain, but oh no, you'd be wrong. Second hour is also $150.00! The technician also tries to keep making small talk, cleans under the sink repeatedly when job isn't even done, and he complains about shoddy existing plumbing (that worked for more than 10 years without any issues), crappy Bosch dishwasher that ""leaks"" (it doesn't), claimed that our main drain pipe was wrong and not threaded correctly so attempted to put on a new pipe wasting more time and finally realizing that nothing was wrong with it and proceeded to use original pipe that was just fine. Also, said the water lines were leaking (never leaked prior to his visit). Just stay away from these guys. We ended up paying $325.00 total for a simple pipe snake job under kitchen sink. Will never use them again!

George from Plumber 2 The Rescue was on time for a 8am appointment, was extremely professional, personable, worked quickly & well dressed. He explained everything to my senior father who needs things explained twice & is hard of hearing. George was very kind, polite & knowledgeable. He gave us tips that our other plumber we had for years had never given us. Next time we have a plumbing issue I will definitely call Plumber 2 The Rescue and will request George Pinedo. He works extremely well with seniors so obviously he will be great with everyone. Britney who made our appointment was nice & knowable about our plumbing issues as well. Thank you Plumber 2 The Rescue for hiring such terrific people.

This is the second review I have written for this company. First, George arrived on time. Second, he was very professional, courteous, efficient, and competent in his work. A water heater was replaced and that included the needed rerouting of pipes. He provided updates on the work and offered feedback about the condition of the pipes. He was helpful and did not engage in any upselling. The completed work was masterful. This is my go-to company when any plumbing issues arise.
