We've had to use a few different plumbing companies over the past year, depending on timing, and most of our experiences were miserable--high pressure upselling or work done wrong. Plumber 2 The Rescue is NOT that kind of company! George came out to do three jobs for us and he was on time, friendly and his work was perfect! It makes a big difference for me to have someone be helpful and communicate clearly and George was that guy. We will absolutely be using P2TR for all our future plumbing jobs.

I've trusted Plumber 2 The Rescue for years. So today when our mainline backed up without warning I called them. They sent George out who arrived in less than an hour. He was friendly and very professional. He listened to my description of the problem and what they had done to fix the issue in the past. He brought out his equipment and cleared the line. I am yet again a very satisfied customer. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I always use Plumber 2 The Rescue because they are reliable and honest. They have fixed an upstairs drain that required snaking the drain from the vent on my roof.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with these plumbers I have used them in the past, and did not have any issues
I called them to fix the problem that they already worked on in the past they denied that they worked on that problem to begin with and if proceeded to give me a price quote for 3k-5k to fix I'll leak in the front of my home they wanted to excavate my whole front yard to find the leak that was right next to the water meter Joshua the plumber that called me was very condescending on the phone I proceeded to call a different plumber I got the job done for less than $1000 I called them up to speak to someone regarding the fleecing price feelingThat I was trying to be exploited however once I voiced my issues he said a manager will call me back the manager is never called me back I've resorted to doing this I have never left a one star review before somebody be careful be cautious shop around

I had a plumber that I was happy with and used a couple of times, but let's just say two weeks later, I'm still ""waiting"" to hear back from them. So I needed to find a new plumber and based on yelp reviews, I ended up with Plumber2TheRescue. Many of the plumbers you call are answering their own cell, and not with the company name, so you're not sure if you called the right number/doesn't feel as professional, so after 4 of those calls, I was intrigued by the good reviews of Brittany answering the phone. And she did! It really makes a huge difference. She answers quickly, was able to arrange something for later that afternoon, and followed up with texts. She even called back to say the plumber was available to comer earlier.

The plumber was professional and seemed to do good work. I had a bit of trouble understanding him and he didn't exactly answer my questions, but this is again where Brittany came in. I needed clarification and she was able to get it all for me. She always answered promptly. The pricing felt reasonable. I will defn. use them again. It was a very smooth experience.

Work done: I live in a 2 story building and he had to drain the sink pipes between the units and replace the hardware under my sink.
