I had a continuous leak in a pipe attached to a newly replaced pressure tank. I called the 1-800 number, since I am in Harford County. The young lady took the information from me, and advised that someone would get back with me. I did receive a call back, not too long after my initial call. The gentleman asked what the issues was, then told me by the time he would arrive to my home, the rate changes over to double time after 9:00pm. Keep in mind, he called after 7:00pm, and if he was in Abingdon, he would only be 20 minutes away. He was very focused on the rates, asking if I was willing to pay that out. I had a bad feeling about it, and decided to cancel the request. I had another plumber come out the next day, and was able to repair the issue and replace a control box, well under $360, and yes parts included. My advice, call another company, because this one that advertises they have great rates, was the most expensive I have ever encountered. The gentleman did not sound very friendly either.

Plumb Crazy was the worst plumbing service ever. They stood me up twice in two days and never called the second time they missed the appointment and their service mentioned they had forwarded the call but the plumber never called or showed up...don't waste your valuable time or money with this company. He finally showed three hours later and completed the job. Almost got charged the weekend rate if I didn't tell him i had approval for weekday rate.

I was having an issue with my toilet making this loud foghorn noise. I called plumbcrazy and they came out and fixed it with no problem. Charged me almost $200.00 for almost 15 minutes of work. No problem I thought, I was happy to have that nuisance noise gone. Come 6 months later the noise is back. I called plumbcrazy to see if they had any warranty on their work and I was told it was only for 60 days which sucks. Good company, but you would think they would be more customer friendly in situations like this especially for the amount of money I paid them. I will think twice before calling them again.

My husband and I had some water line issues with our house in Harford County that ultimately turned into the line leaking into the basement. A neighbor referred us to PlumbCrazy and we could not be happier with their work. They showed up on time or early to every appointment we made with them, they managed to work us into their schedule quickly, and all the workers we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable. You also can't beat the work they do for the price they offer--very reasonable! And they're very careful to take care of your property like wearing booties inside, cleaning up after themselves, etc. My only complaint is that they don't do work in Baltimore City because I would love to use them for our house there as well! Highly recommend these guys!

These are the guys I will go to now, use them for my business and now my home, they work on your problems methodically starting with the small things first, alot of companies go straight for the big ticket item and you end up shelling out more than necessary, not these guys, very friendly service!

I couldn't be happier; I hired Plumb Crazy/Bogans plumbing after getting half a dozen estimates. They had the best price and the best reviews. Dennis gave me professional estimates for everything I asked for and told me the work would take two days. Their crew was super friendly and very efficient. Best of all, there were no surprises, no extra costs, no 'add-ons' and NO deviation at all from the estimate. After having a bad experience with another contractor, I am so thankful to have found Bogans. They are now my go-to plumber of choice. It just doesn't get any better than this.

After reading prior reviews I thought this was the place. when I spoke to the lady on the phone I explained the situation, I was out of town, my house was under contract to be sold and I had a couple small items that needed addressed and needed a receipt with license number saying they had been completed. I have spent the last 5 days trying to get said receipt only to be told I would see it in a few minutes. the last conversation I had I explained today was the last day I had to provide documentation (three calls today) with the same answer. I call back a half hour before closing only to find they had left early. Not happy and would not recommend using them.

I was working Plumb Crazy overtime this summer when a basement flood led to a string of other problems. Every time they came out, they provided a solid solution for a reasonable price - at times giving me options on how to save money on the deal, and at one point when they couldn't come out, giving me an incredibly simple, intuitive solution over the phone. They're the first plumber I call now.

They were very nice and friendly. Called before they came and came when they said they would. If they come out to give you an estimate and you don't use them it costs $91 dollars. They didn't tell me that over the phone when I made the appointment. Live and learn. The guy was very nice, but after 3 hours nothing is fixed and we need to call the county to fix the problem. Nothing like shelling out a lot of money and still have the same problem. I will not be using this company again.

My Dad is older and retired and after being shifted around by a horrible plumbing company for weeks, I remembered that my fiancée used this company a few times for things at our house. So I told him to try this company. Can't say enough about the service that these people gave my Dad. They went out of the way to help him in any way possible. He needed major work done and they were extremely kind to him every step of the way. Efficient, patient and well mannered, great prices, and perfect work. It's nice to see that there is still great customer service out there. Highly recommended.
