Horrible! They said they could do the work while I was at work. Came out for $85. He flushed a toilet and filled a bathtub. Said he couldn't find the leak I was talking about. It was obvious in the kitchen downstairs. Didn't call to talk to me about it. Just left and didn't fix anything. I was the one who called to find out the status of the job after I got off work at 5. I would have told him to cut a hole in my ceiling to find it, but nope. He couldn't come back for another 5 days. Meanwhile, even though the toilet water was off, the leak kept getting bigger. The day he was suppose to come back, after waiting for 4 hours (11-3) he called and said he wasn't coming. I took the day off work to show him the leak! I can't believe the costumer service I have seen from this company! Ridiculou!

02/12/2019 They are scam artists. My home warranty uses them and they were called out to replace my water heater. My warranty covered the price of the water heater and installation. They came out and told me everything needed to be replaced on my heater to make it up to """"code"""" (my house is only 12 years old) and I also needed an expansion tank. (That they wanted to charge $250 for.) You can buy one at Lowe's for $50.00. So with the additional fees it would have cost an additional $700+, this is after the $1200 credit from my plan. What basic water heater costs almost $2000?? I Called 3 other plumbers in the area and the highest quote I got was $900 and that was with no warranty. The plumber I chose charged $700.00 for the water heater and install and luckily my plan gave me a credit for the replacement and installment. Plumbcraft is a shady company that have crooks working for them including their receptionist that will argue that all her repairs and fees are necessary. Be warned, stay away from this business.

Regina from Plumbcraft scheduled an appointment with me between 10-2pm. I took the day off for it. The plumber didn't show up. Found out via my home warranty company that the only plumber they have was sick. Regina lied to the warranty company and said she canceled with me. She did not. They did not cancel the appointment, or apologize for lying about it. This is an unscrupulous company. DO NOT USE THEM.

Do not do business with this Company if your warranty company has them call you do not do business with them came out said line was clogged needed septic service guess what the house is on city sewer so you right collected 75.00 for about 5 minutes and then lied about the septic tank there is no septic tank If this company shows up under your home warranty please ask them to leave so you won't be ripped off for 75.00 hope that 75.00 was worth the lies

the plumber stated he showed up to my home but he never did. I was out front gardening and he would have had to walk right past me. four people in my house never heard a knock or doorbell ring. after looking further in to this company they do this all the time so they can still charge. they even had the nerve to send a message stating they completed my service and rate the service. run from this trashy lying company.

Can I give less than 1 star? They are terrible. The first time they came to my house to fix the broken wax seal, they completely shattered my toilet seat and told me it was already like that. Ummm, no. The second time my warranty company sent them out, they never called like the appointment scheduler said they would. I missed them by minutes. When I called to see if they could turn around or reschedule, the lady argued with me and hung up on me twice. Then she wouldn't answer when I called back. Absolutely horrible customer service. I notified the home warranty company and scheduled another company. There is now a note in my file (and hopefully everyone else's) that says to never send Plumbcraft to my house again.

Do not let them come even if your warranty company wants to send them. They came out only to tell me my (suddenly) leaky disposal has a """"pre-existing"""" condition. Seriously? Instead of taking the unit apart and looking for rust to take a photo of, he could just as easily ran the thing, seen it leaking, and said it was broken. I truly think they are in cahoots with the warranty company. The $75.00 fee they charge is the only way they make it. Stay away!

This was a home warranty referral. The technician was prompt and professional for both the initial problem diagnosis and for the replacement of my water heater. The PSI office staff was very helpful with expediting the process with the warranty company. The replacement unit was covered by the policy. My costs were for the initial diagnosis - per the warranty contract, and for an electrical change to meet the updated code requirements for the unit.

Horrible! Not trustworthy at all. Waited for almost 3 weeks for this company to do some measurements per Lowes. After finally receiving a date for this measurement, the company cancelled less than 24 hrs for first scheduled meeting. I had to call to get another scheduled date. On this date, I called to ensure Rep coming to do measurement. I was told she could not pull the work order and would call me back after she stopped driving??!! NEVER received a call. Apparently, this company thinks their time is more important than yours when YOU are the one paying for a service! Too many trustworthy and professional companies for Plumbcrafts Services to be unreliable and unprofessional. Although company was referred by Lowes, I truly understand the other bad reviews. Totally unacceptable!

Terrible! They came out for a service call on my Home Warranty. They were supposed to submit pictures of our damaged hot water heater to the warranty company. They did nothing. $75 """"service call"""" to do no work. The warranty claim is now closed, and Plumbcraft will not return my calls. Avoid if possible!
