Very impressed with Plumbco. They were friendly, courteous, on-time, quick, decently priced and very transparent about everything. Had to get my sewer rerouted for pool construction and glad I went with them. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I have used this company twice. The first time was for a leaking pipe in the ceiling. I was not here when they came, but my son said everything went fine . This past week, I had some serious plumbing issues. Big problems . Well, Aaron and Alfonso have been working with me since last week. They were professional, respectful, timely and tidy. As a single woman, I sometimes feel scammed by service companies. To the point that I often wear a fake wedding ring when they come to give estimates. Well, I couldn't find my fake ring but I never felt taken advantage of by Plumbco. I think great work should be recognized. If I had had cash on me, I would have given my guys a tip (but, who has cash these days?!?!). It's comforting to know I have a new plumbing company.

I have to say that I have never written a review before today but needed to share my experience with Plumbco. I had a few leaks in my upstairs bath that were coming through the ceiling downstairs in my living room. I had several plumbers attempt to repair but there were still a few leaks that could not be found! After searching for a different and reputable company in my neighborhood Facebook group, I found Plumbco to have the best reviews and decided to call them. I am so glad I did! Plumbco came out to my home to assess the problem. The friendly office staff called the same day to schedule and just a couple of days later they returned to fix the leaks. Then after just a few hours everything was repaired! They were prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, friendly and honest. It has been about a month since Plumbco helped me with a major plumbing issue I had in my home, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful company they are! I would refer them to any of my family or friends with confidence.

I came back from my extended vacation Labor Day weekend and discovered there was water dripping from the attic down into my laundry basket. The damage wasn't as bad as I thought but it was bad enough. I called Plumbco on Labor Day, knowing they were still closed, but hoping I'd get a response considering the emergency. To my amazement and delight I did receive a call back and was able to schedule an appointment just two days later. In the meantime I was able discover the location and arrest the leak (I'm a bit of a handy man or handy boy) until Plumbco showed up. Gary and his colleague showed up. Both of them were very professional and polite. They had the little booty's to be considerate and keep the dirt of the floors. They replaced the parts of the galvanized and leaking line quite quickly and better than new. Price was reasonable, all things considered, and would recommend them anytime you may have any type of plumbing issues.

I've used Plumbco in the past, and I've had good experiences with them. But Gary exceeded my expectations recently when I couldn't be at home for our appointment. Luckily my contractor was there and let Gary in. Gary called me to tell me one of the problems I had was a missing part on my faucet that got lost when our kitchen cabinets and countertops were replaced. He said we could order a new part or replace the faucet. Since we had been without a kitchen for 4 weeks we wanted it fixed ASAP so Gary went to the store and called me with pricing on various faucets. I picked one out over the phone and he installed it. I really like that Gary gets the job done every time, no matter what it takes.

I've used Plumbco twice. The first time was fine. The second time, they were a no-show during the appointment window of 10:00 - 12:00 with no phone call or anything. I called them around 12:30, no answer, and left a message. No one called me back. Then I called back around 1:00 and was told that the technicians were running late, although I'm not sure why I wasn't notified of that. Since they still couldn't get there before I had to leave at 2:30, we rescheduled to Friday. I was told that there were no other appointments so any time works. I scheduled it to 8:30 AM. Again, 9:00 rolls around and I call to see if someone was still coming. I was told that the technician had left about 15 minutes ago and should be here shortly, which he was. I would have liked a call beforehand when they were heading to my place like most other companies do. It's just nice to know when they have left and are coming over. I will say that the actual technicians that came out to my place were knowledgable, speedy, and courteous. So no issues there. I just wish they were better at communicating timing for appointments.

Plumbco has done a great job for our family. Gary and his crew are friendly, fair, and go out of their way to make sure your plumbing problems are handled. We have had Plumbco replace some of our under house pipe and re-pipe our water delivery system with PEX pipe. Both jobs were excellent and we are very happy customers.
