I had a terrible experience with these guys. They came out to do a simple fix, they were not able to repair it. They overcharged me, tried to charge me even more. I would not call them for anything. They're unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.

I have used Plumbco a few times, most recently being for a whole house repipe. Every step of the process was smooth and well communicated. Georgia and Marni made sure I was on the schedule and aware of what to expect each day. Gary did a fantastic job of evaluating my plumbing needs, coordinating what needed to be done, and being present before and after work was done to make sure everything was done to his level of satisfaction. Chelino and his crew were efficient and skilled as they completed my repipe, and they made sure to leave my home cleaner than they found it.

I am always pleased with their service... and while I would rather *not* need a plumber, I'm happy to know that Plumbco is there when I do need one!

I was experiencing a sewer type smell in one of my bedrooms. No back up in any bathrooms just a sewer smell in the bedroom.
So, I called a well known local plumbing company. He asked me a few questions about construction of the house. He then ran a camera and determined that I had a crack in my main sewer line. He gave me 2 estimates one was for $39,000 to reroute my sewer lines and the other was $42,000 to replace my sewer lines.
I called Plumbco for a second opinion and they sent Brandon and Eric. They decided to cut into the wall of the bedroom since the smell was only in one room and it shared a wall with the tub. The tub drain had become disconnected and there was about 2 feet of rancid water under the tub. They removed the rancid water, fixed the leak and the smell disappeared. The cost of the job was under $800.
Thank goodness I called Plumbco for a second opinion. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Thank you !!!

Our neighbors notified us that we had a leak on the side of our yard. I checked references and found Plumbco Plumbing. My call to them was returned promptly and within 24 hours, the owner Gary, came to our house. He found the problem, fixed it quickly and "ta-da," no more leak. Upon completion, the work area was cleaned and restored to its former self.

The cost of the repair was more than reasonable and we felt well informed about what had happened and the repair made.

We could not be have been more pleased and will call Gary and Plumbco anytime we have any plumbing issues.

we have had many plumbers came to our home for repair-when they look at our sink he said you need to change all the pipe under the sink(house is only 25 years old)they will leak very soon, my husband is easy going person-okay change them all(we have 15 sink -7 bathrooms)soon after he left leaking starts-he have to come back multiple times, so annoying, they are ripping us off, this is one incident out of many-today our sink clogged-Arie one we didn't hire before so he came-he fixed 1,2,3,and improved other as well, he knows what he is doing-and great personality, we love him- highly recommend what a great job he did.bravo -Plumbco 818-625-7772 Arie

They were terrific! We had a double problem: the sink wouldn't drain properly, and water was mysteriously filling up the sink from some unknown source, making it overflow.
They came the same day, they wore masks as I requested because I have cancer, and they worked very hard to solve the problems. I never would have guessed that the water was coming from the AC.
Both problems solved, and they were extremely nice! Top notch!

Total lack of professionalism on the part the dispatcher, Georgia. I reached out on a Saturday via Yelp. Received reply to call to make appointment. Called Monday and spoke with Georgia and set appointment for Thursday -- the first available. I waited for days. Thursday came -- no call, no show. Called to inquire and Georgia claims she did not write down my telephone number correctly and as such they were unable to confirm the appointment and skipped me. Mind you, the correct phone number was provided via the initial Yelp inquiry. She then attempted to put me back on the schedule for the FOLLOWING Thursday; no attempt was made to correct their error by working me in the schedule the same day or following day. Also -- every time I have spoken to Georgia on the phone she is loudly smacking and chewing on food. Would not recommend this business to anyone. Then the owner comes to LIE in response to my factual review. God bless his little lying soul. Again -- I would not recommend this business to ANYONE!

The winter storm brought havoc to our house. We were fortunate enough to find a repair guy who stopped our problem quickly. He told us our pipes were a mishmash from the 80's and we needed a plumbing company!

I then placed our house on Plumbco's list, which was long, yet highly recommended by our neighbors. We waited!

AND we are so glad we did.

Brandon came out and began the assessment. We realized we weren't that many dollars off from a repipe with all of our issues that were not related.

On the day of the repipe, the crew arrived on time, with the majority of the tools needed AND they were done by 6:30 pm.

ONE DAY!

The owner, who is super-friendly, inspected the work at the end of the day, and made sure the items that were complicated were completed.

Plumbco has a great, professional crew. I thought they would need to go through tile in our bathtubs, but they kept it in tact, saving us so much!

Definitely a great choice in the Westbury/Meyerland/Maplewood/Bellaire areas, etc.

Gary and his entire team are the best! I came home to water standing in both sides of my kitchen sink and dishwasher. There was a slow leak under the sink as well. I called Plumbco at 5:30PM and they squeezed me in for an appointment the next morning. Gary showed up on time, in a mask and quickly resolved my issue at a fair price. This is my 3rd time using Plumbco and I wouldn't trust anyone else! They are quick, dependable, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing issues!
