The owner Arie will go the extra mile to correct any problems. When I hired him things did not go smoothly. He made things right and that goes a long way. It is highly unusual for any contractor to make things right. Once they get your money forget about it. They usually don't care. But in this instance Arie was different and for that I recommend him. This plumber Mr. Arie Glasman was hired to install a low-flow, skirted toilet which I purchased. The original estimate was $188. After 1.5 hours of trying to install it, he said he couldn't work on it any longer. He had opened the wall behind the toilet and moved the valve; the toilet was not properly attached to the floor and rocked from side to side; it was not caulked around the base; and it didn't flush properly. Even though I had pointed out these problems, he charged me $547 (2.5 times the original amount) and left. As it turned out, he failed to make sure that the floor under the toilet was even before installing the unit, something required by the manufacturer in the very brief, simple installation guide that came with the unit. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber!
