Arie was efficient and knowledgeable. I liked that he quickly assessed my problem and was able to fix it on the spot within a half hour. He explained to me exactly what he needed to do and gave me prices for each thing so I avoided sticker shock at the end of the job. He came right over when I called him. He also pointed out another issue but put no pressure on me to fix it. Best of all I asked him for an estimate on a more major plumbing project and he not only gave me a reasonable estimate but was able to complete the project that afternoon. I hope I don't need to but if I had another plumbing problem I would call Arie again.
