I called Arie on a Sunday evening with a problem with my tankless water heater. He asked pointed questions on the phone and was able to take care of my problem right away. His price was competitive with the other estimates I received and I felt like he was trustworthy. He performed the work in a timely and workmanlike manner. Very responsive, great communication, prompt. Arie was able to get here within minutes after I got home from a doctor's appt (he had offered to come first thing in the morning, but I was the one who couldn't make it).

He gave a set of options over the phone and pricing for each, depending on how difficult the actual problem (toilet/shower completely blocked) would turn out to be.

Once here, did the job quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. Very professional. No slime or upselling, although he did show me (for free) how to clean/maintain a drain plug for a slow drain in another bathroom.

What can I say? I called Arie at 8:20pm, because of me, my neighbor gas valve somehow turned off and my neighbor couldn't take a shower or to cook. Arie showed up in front of door in less than 20 min. Enough today, there is no one as fast and efficient, and profession as Arie. I strongly recommend him to anyone. Any emergency, regardless how late it is, under what kind if situation, he could help his customer right now.

Arie gave me a quote over the phone to install a faucet. The repair was more difficult and time consuming than Arie expected it to be due to the layout of the sink's underbelly. Nevertheless, Arie honored the price he gave me over the telephone. I highly recommend using Plumbco and I will use Plumbco the next time I have a plumbing issue.
