My wife and I started this company in 2010, and we feel extremely proud of our journey since then. Our company has succeeded since the very beginning. I bring a broad range of plumbing knowledge and have gained experience in every aspect of plumbing for different companies in the past. We chose to establish our own business, working together every day, and our customers couldn’t be more pleased with the work we provide. Linda K.Ryan provided a good price for a tub to shower conversion, including shower surround, pan and doors. Indicated day and a half to complete. His work was meticulous, paying attention to small details. But delay after delay (one a death, not of his choosing). Continually setting appt times and showing up hours later. Finally near 4 weeks later, near the end, wanted to add to the negotiated contract, probably because he underestimated job. I refused as it was all part of original contract. So he was paid all but $500 and still had to deliver and install shower door to finish. But never showed up or answered texts, leaving the job undone.
Shan T.Save your time and money. Constantly re-schedules/late. Creates more issues rather than addressing the repair you call for. Not sure if they just don't know what they are doing or if they are intentionally creating these additional issues. When called out about there lack of remedy they take no accountability.

Linda L.Do NOT USE Plumbboss Plumbing Sewers & Drains. Scheduled for Thursday to install my washing machine and remove the old washer, great! . They canceled. Came the next day, late- but they installed the washer- great, but it's leaking all over...also, never took the old washer. Their truck apparently was down, again ok- they were going to pick up the washer yesterday between 4-6. Texted at 5:20 to tell me they wouldn't be coming, and when I told him about the leaking, apparently that's my fault...they're not responsible although they installed the washer.
Since they didn't remove the old machine,
I asked for a refund of just the removal, because they didn't do it, ""all sales final"".
