Contacted several plumbing services on Yelp with good reviews, and I chose Plumbaway due to Robert's quick response and very reasonable prices. Had two toilets repaired. The service was quick and professional. Robert explained everything related to the issues very well. It turned out that the problem of one of our two toilets was caused by the improper installation by Home Depot (bought the toilet there and used their installation service due to convenience; certainly won't use Home Depot's installation service again). Now the two repaired toilets are working perfectly, and I'm very happy with Plumbaway's services!

I mistakenly inserted a garden house with a medal jet nozzle mounted in front of it into my kitchen sewer line in the hope that it will jet break the clog and it get stucked there. I contacted plumaway and Robert came in. They offer a very reasonable price of $135 to get it out. They tried every approach to get it out. They also even sent in an inspection camera down to see what happened. and I did see what is wrong there. Due to the nature of this problem, the work failed (it is not of their fault). They spent a good two hours trying to get it done. at the end, they did not charge me a penny. we also discussed other alternative options.
Compared to other plumbing companies who just came in and had a simple look at the issue and tell me it could not be get out, and then proposed a very expensive plan/options ($$$$$) without actually trying to do something to get it out, I really appreciated Robert's effort. Next time when I have a need for plumbing service, I will definitely ask Robert first!!!

Plumbing issues at my house began in July when dirty water was coming up from the downstairs bathroom. We'd called a plumber to take a look and fix it who charged me $225. I wasn't home at the time to know the full details but the plumber said it might be some broken pipes. At the time my house was under warranty and so then I called the builder who deemed it as a blockage and ended up charging me $125 for the camera only.

October 6th we had another blockage in the main sewer line which caused the water to flow up from our downstairs bathroom. We called GetitDone plumbing who snaked and cleared the blockage at $160 and even issued an invoice with a warranty for 30 days. It seemed like at the time they were more interested in leaving with payment then making sure the work was done. They mustn't of cleaned it properly because come October 28th we had the same problem occur and they wouldn't honor the warranty.

Annoyed given I'd been calling GetitDone all day and speaking to the manager about the clearly issued warranty, I gave up and called Plumbaway. Robert was fantastic!!! I explained the problem over the phone and he assured me he would get it done. They came right on schedule, explained what the issues could be, clearer the blockage, checked each of the drains to make sure they flushed and issued a 30 day warranty on the blockage at $145 which was the cheapest rate I'd had quoted from anyone.

I am reluctant to give 5 stars since its only been a week and I'm scarred from previous experience but this been the most helpful plumber at the house since I've owned it! Let's see what happens this time.

On Friday night we noticed that we had no hot water. I called several plumbers & never got a call back. I checked on Yelp & saw Plumbaway plumbing on Saturday morning. I was shocked when Robert actually answered the phone! He was very positive & listened to my story about our water heater. He informed me that he was on his way to another job. I texted him my address. As soon as he finished his other job, he texted me that he was on his way. Arrived soon, took his shoes off & went right to work fixing our problem. Now we have hot water!! We are very satisfied with his work & work ethic. He will be our go to plumber from now on. Prices are reasonable & someone we can trust! Thanks Robert for helping us!

My son's bathroom sink kept filling up w/water then mysteriously would go away & come back. Finally after seeing a bunch of gunk coming up I turned to Yelp to find a plumber open on Sundays. Plumbaway came up and Robert answered the phone. I described the problem & he knew exactly what it was. We scheduled a visit for the next day & he came w/a partner right on time. Robert is great. He provided excellent service at a reasonable price. I am fortunate to have found Plumaway. I had an emergency leak while extended family was visiting on Saturday. He fit me in his schedule that morning and quickly found and fixed my leak. God bless him.

Robert answered the phone, took my information, and set an appointment. He called right before he showed up just like we discussed, then assessed the garbage disposal situation, and then told me what I needed and what options I had.
