Plumbaway plumbing really helped me out during snowvid-19. I had a pipe break on Tuesday during the freeze and they were out to my house by Wednesday night and fixed the leak (when others were asking to see me next week). Guys were very professional and knew what they were doing. They also didn't price gouge which was a blessing for this even. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

I honestly cannot recommend Robert and Plumbaway Plumbing highly enough.

I live in Dallas but have a rental property in Houston. I called Plumbaway on Friday morning with an issue. Robert answered immediately, listened to my explanation, and offered to go to my property that afternoon to inspect the issue--I didn't even have to ask for a "rush" visit. He texted me photos of the problem, explained everything, and patiently answered all my questions...at 8:00pm on a Friday. To top it all off, he didn't charge me anything, and advised me against having some costly repairs done.

Robert and Plumbaway are exceptional. He is going to be my first call for future plumbing issues in Houston. I just wish I had found him sooner.

Incredibly responsive, quick service, good prices, and highly knowledgeable. Can't beat that! We actually had the same issue with our sink come up for a second time about 9 months after they fixed it the first time and they agreed to fix it for free even though it was not under warranty and was a standard air conditioning issue that actually needed to be managed by our tenants. Unbelievably kind and helpful, we would highly recommend Robert and his team!

I wanted to find a reputable plumber to replace all the rusty pipes in my old house and during my research I discovered a company on Yelp called Plumbaway that has a 5-star rating. There aren't many things in life that such a majority of people will agree on. Could a company really please that many people? (Yep!)

When I called the number late one afternoon, Robert, the owner himself, answered the phone. I needed an immediate repair and had one the next morning. Impressed, I requested a bid to repipe the whole house using PEX. I had a very reasonable quote within the hour. All questions and concerns were answered to my satisfaction. They scheduled to begin a few days later. The whole job took three days, but the water was cut off only for a couple hours on the 3rd day. Robert came onsite several times to oversee the operation. I have enjoyed my new pipes for several weeks now. Thanks to Robert, Manuel, Fernando and Junior. Great guys!

All of a sudden are hot water wasn't working at all. Have never had any issues with something like this before, so I had no idea what to do. I reached out on yelp and got a quick response, then I spoke to them over text. They were very responsive and helpful. Ultimately they just helped me perform a DIY fix at home at no cost to me. Which of course saved me money, but also allowed me to get the fix done faster. Really great folks who are looking to save you money. Would recommend.

Wonderful job for re-piping my home! I have worked with close to 10 different plumbers. Robert and his workers are the best. They gave me a very reasonable price and have done a wonderful professional job in timely manner with the best communications. Highly recommended others who need plumbing help.
