The best service in plumbing, bar none. Boston Dave goes above and beyond to satisfy a customer. He came over on short notice, in the dark, right after a big rain, and nailed my problem. Plumb 365 is the way to go.

Take your expectations of a plumber, take your fears of being gouged, take all that makes you fear having to call ""the plumber"" and flush them down the drain (see what I did there)... but no seriously, ""Boston Dave"" has rescued me several times and I can't recommend him and the crew enough.

I called for Boston Dave to come out but he was booked. They sent me Ryan who came out and couldn't diagnose where my upstairs shower was leaking from. He said he would come back on Friday with a supervisor. He was supposed to be here around 2:30. He sent me a text on Friday around 12:47p and said he could come right now but would be on another call at 2:30. I was at work and told him I couldn't. He said he could come the next Tuesday and I texted back and said I had a 3:40 appt. I have never heard from him again. Horrible customer service!

Plumb365 was recommended, unsolicited by two different friends on different occasions so I knew I would have to use them when I needed a plumber. Unfortunately, that need came more quickly than I had hoped.

My pressure reducing valve failed and I lack the skills and confidence to replace it. I called on Monday and set an appointment for Wednesday between 11am - 1pm.

I received a call at 10:44am and was told they were on the way and would arrive in about 15 minutes.

Maybe I have had bad luck, they never arrive on time or in the early part of their service window, right? Not Plumb365! Arrived at 11 o'clock sharp!!

Very friendly, polite and on-time! What's not to like?

He got right to work, replaced my valve and had my water back on in under 50 minutes!

Why go anywhere else!

Amazing and quick service. Super friendly and responsive when I called (Mike) was able to call one of his guys, Joseph who called me immediately for my information and he headed right over.

I had already called two other plumbers and they didn't get back to me until much later in the day. So I was impressed right away when Mike answered the call and quickly dispatched a plumber to help.

My kitchen sink/GD were clogged. Joseph texted when he was on his way. He was friendly and professional. I appreciated the fact that he confirmed the price of the service call and let me know if this was a bigger deal than just cleaning the trap, there would be an additional charge. Thankfully, it was just the trap. Joseph explained the problem and asked if there was anything else I needed help with. He cleaned up, thanked me and went on his way.

I was able to pay via credit card which was also appreciated.

Reasonable, honest, professional and friendly- exactly what I want in a plumber!

These guys are the best, do not waste your time and money with anyone else! We've been working with Boston Dave for several years after being referred to him by a colleague that has been using him for a very long time. Him and his team are the only people we trust with our pipes. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Daylon also who just came out to annihilate some roots and clean out our main 70 year old main sewer line which had been chronically clogging. They are honest, fairly priced, explain the issue in great detail, and will not quit until the job is done. I cannot even say enough kind words, thank you so much for all your hard work guys! Mike does excellent work. He is prompt, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. We thought we had a water main leak entering our house, he determined that it was actually leakage from an SDG&E conduit that ran in the same area. What a nightmare situation for a plumber - electricity and water! Thanks to Mike's investigation we were able to get SDG&E to fix the situation the same day. He even called us the next morning to get an update. He has worked on our home multiple times and we highly recommend him!

Mike, owner, was referred to me by No County Refinishers who did an awesome job making my 40 year old mustard color shower look new again. Mike gave me an estimate on a new shower trim kit and cartridge which were installed today by Tony.
