PLUMB365 saved the day! A piece of my carpet cleaner fell off and went down the toilet. Of course our business was open and patients were needing to use the bathroom. I spoke to Elizabeth who was courteous and professional. She got Jonny and Dustin to our office within 2 hours! They thought they pushed the piece through the drain and we were back in business! An hour later it clogged again. Elizabeth got in touch with Jonny right away and he offered to come back at the end of the day. Unfortunate he had to take the toilet off to retrieve the piece, yet he didn't charge me for an extra visit. I would definitely recommend Plum365, especially in an emergency situation. Amazing service!
