As a fifth-generation plumber, our owner Donnie Herrin has deep roots in the plumbing industry. He began his plumbing career in 1984 alongside his uncle at Herrin Plumbing Company. At that time, his father, Don Herrin, was a supervisor with over 50 employees. In the past 28 years, Donnie has worked as a Supervisor or General Manager for many prominent plumbing companies in the Atlanta region.

In 1995, at the age of 28, he received his Master unrestricted license from the State of Georgia. He is highly regarded by many plumbing business owners for his expertise and dedication over the years.

Plumbing encompasses various phases, including new residential, commercial, industrial, and emergency service repairs. Not many plumbers are active in all these phases, but Donnie Herrin is. Donnie works through one phase and then advances to another, enhancing his knowledge and pursuing his goals.

STAY AWAY from this company . called about 1:30 or 1:45 to schedule repair on leak on outside water faucet. Donnie said they could be there in app. 1 or 11/2 hrs said guy would call 30 min before when he was on the way . no call . at 5:00 I called again got the answering machine, left a message, asked if they were going to make it or not. no call. called again about 9 the next morning, answering machine again. finally got a call from a tech guy to ask if I still wanted them to come out . told them to forget it , went outside and fixed it myself. the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with . I just wish I would have read the reviews before I called them, seems like nobody likes there work. ONE star isn't much to be proud of.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I contacted Xpress when a leak was discovered in my kitchen late November. A plumber named Jay came out and recommended I contact Quality Restoration to remove, dry, and repair the flooring. Jay repaired the leak but did not perform any clean up on the job which left dust, debris in the kitchen. The mitigation company did not test or fully removed the floor and exposed two layers of asbestos linoleum and turned on the blowers. Jay told me my cast iron drain pipe was deteriorating and needed to be replaced, I told him I also had a toilet that needed to be placed. He said he would do both for an adiitional $1000. He seated the toilet then asked for payment so he could buy the materials and promised to return the next day to clean up the work in the kitchen, seal the toilet and start replacing the drain pipe. After continued promises, excuses, I never saw him again. In December, Jay said he couldn't come because he was on a GPS so I contacted XPress and complained and in mid December someone named Andrew was sent out. I showed Andrew Jays work and his messages committing to the additional work. Andrew said Jay had been fired and he confirmed the issue with the cast iron drain and reviewed Jays work and said it was done incorrectly. By this time I had confirmed reports of high asbestos levels in the air and told Andrew that I didn't want anyone working until the abatement company had completed the work and the air tested clear. The holidays delayed work and I called/texted Andrew on 1/27 notifying him that the house tested safe and he could continue work and had no response. I informed the owner Donnie of the situation in February and he refuses to respond and now I have to go through the hassle of litigation. As things currently stand: - Andrew claims the work on the kitchen drain wasn't done right. - I paid an abatement company to clean the debris left in the kitchen by Jay - The toilet placed is unsealed - No work has been done to replace the cast iron drain pipe. - The owner refuses to respond

Do not hire them for anything!!! They charged us a large amount and the problem still exists. Wanted more money for another guess on what it could be instead. Started the job without a permit or a licensed employee. County fined them and they were summonsed to court. Owner Donnie Herrin walked away and doesn't guarantee his work after telling us he would fix the issue. Doesn't return our phone calls. Had 2 other companies assess the problem and neither one would have done what they did to fix it. One actually laughed at the mess they made digging holes everywhere with a backhoe. Our advise is avoid this crook!!!

I'm not sure why the lack of reviews... I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were amazing. I had an emergency sewer issue. I'll save you the details... It was bad. Of course the three emergency 24/7 plumbers we had on the fridge had no one available. Then we found Plumb Xpress. They came out that night (Saturday) and worked through the weekend to get us back up and running. My house was built in the 40's and had the original orangeburg lines. They were able to offer a reasonable price. Really amazing. Thank you Donnie, Rick and Wayne. You've made a life long customer.

Amazing Service! Donnie and his crew came out to our home and quickly saw the issues we were having with our plumbing and also saw other potential issues that we weren't aware of but were certainly legitimate issues. Their pricing was fair and they quickly resolved all issues right away.

Coolkel Cat 2 reviews in the last week Plumb xpress installed a hot water heater at our rental house 2 years ago. We are selling the house and it won't pass inspection because they didn't install the hot water heater to code. I called and spoke to Donnie who said he would fix it but after our initial conversation, he would not return numerous phone calls over a period of 4 days. Our closing will be delayed because he didn't have the courtesy to just say he wouldn't fix it but rather ignored our phone calls. After calling other plumbers in the area we found out they have had similar calls regarding Donnie and they have had to fix issues from this company for other customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ...they will not install to code and will not make the correction afterwards.

We made the mistake of hiring this company to run a new water line to our house from the street. First they used all the scrap pipe leftover from other jobs to use on our job. Then started the job at 4 p.m. on a Friday. They could not get the job finished by Midnight and we had to put lights out for them to work. One of the guys came back the next day and tried to finish, but was unable to. They were using a the only flashlight on the truck to work by. It took them several attempts to get the job done, Then after they supposedly replaced the water line The county came by to read the meter and our water cut off again when we got home after work late one night after work. The notice stated the water was turned off due to usually high water usage and to check our house for leaks.Plumb Xpress never fixed the original leak and it was still leaking underground after they came out and stated they fixed it, and we paid them for the repair. The new scrap line was not even buried deep enough. It was only 2"""" inches deep in several place's and the dirt had washed out of the trench they dug. Mud all over the yard no straw to stop the mud. We also received 2 $600.00 water bills after the improper repairs and it usually runs $20. After several failed attempts they ended up running a entire new line from the street to the house. The owner failed to respond about the 2 bills they should of paid or cover a portion of. Do not get burned like we did.
