These guys are on top of it. I had my water go out on a Thursday afternoon. After the city came by to inspect, they said that it was not on their side, so I called the plumbers at 9. The lady on the phone was courteous and made sure to get all of the proper information. She said that the on call would call back shortly. I waited an hour and then called back. The lady on the phone apologized and mentioned that the on call was having a hard time getting in touch with me. She immediately connected us and the plumber explained that she was stuck on a flooded basement and tried to offer some troubleshooting for me. I told her that I tried everything and that the city came out, so she explained that the fee would be $150 and we agreed to the service. She came by an hour later. I honk her name was Leslie. She got right to work and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The city had not realized that they had shut off my water, so Leslie just turned it back on. Next time I'll definitely check the meter myself, but I was relieved to have water again. I'll definitely have a conversation with the city so they don't accidentally shut it off again. I feel like they should have figured out the water had been turned off too, but that's another review. Overall, great service. Would highly recommend.

Darryl and Erica were great to work with. Darryl was professional, timely, completed his work and cleaned up. Erica was very responsive in scheduling an appointment and we were able to get Darryl on site with very little lead time.

I got price gouged hard by Plumb Works. Two parallel copper water lines burst after the recent freeze/thaw action inside a unit of our house that was unoccupied. The plumber found and repaired the pipes pretty quickly, so from the time he came to the time he left was about three hours. This happened during normal business hours, starting around 10am. He wanted $630! After talking with him and his manager several times, I got a slightly reduced """"value"""" rate of $550. We are talking about $180/hr for plumbing work. He used maybe two feet of his own copper pipe and some solder to fix it, so cost of materials was basically zero ($5 absolute max). Thankfully, at least the quality of work was solid. I looked pretty close at the soldering job and was happy about it. This is the only thing saving them from getting one star.

Vann did a great job figuring out our leak issue. Cleaned up nicely after finishing....I plan to use them again for any other plumbing issues we have.

The people at plumb works communicated well and where very responsive. While I did have some concerns the company was accommodating and attentive to my issues. The work done on the house was professional and quick.

They charged me over 200 dollars just to change the rubber gasket.

I had a very minor toilet malfunction, and called Plumb Works to figure it out. They sent out Darryl, who arrived even earlier than expected and was so great to work with! He provided quick service and was a total gentleman. I will definitely call again for additional plumbing concerns.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the service is great, but the price is higher than competitors. I made the mistake of having my husband find a contractor to fix our kitchen waste disposal. Unfortunately, he didn't do his research and hired someone willy nilly. Always do your research and ask around for quotes! We were charged $463.65 (not including the $25 coupon on their website for new clients) for a new waste disposal, Badger 5 series (1/2 hp). If you check Home Depot, it's only about $88 (without tax) for the unit right now. So the remaining labor/install cost was at least $370... noting that piping and electric already existed so those didn't need to be installed. On the plus side, my husband mentioned that scheduling was very flexible. And I feel like the tech did a solid job too! He was nice, professional, and the disposal sounds good. But knowing that their pricing is some of the highest around, I wouldn't recommend Plumb Works unless you're in an absolute bind.

I would NEVER recommend the Plumb Works location for Water Heater Repair. They were very nice and cordial when I called, and I received a call when the plumber was on his way BUT this is when I began to worry. I described the issue to him (pilot light not lighting) on the phone and right away he said I will come and look at it but most of the time we just have to replace the full water heater. I explained to him the unit was only 3 years old and he said he would be there to look at it soon. After arriving at my house he spent about 3 minutes looking at the unit, tried to light the pilot light (just like I had tried this am) clicked around on his iPad and then informed me that I would need a new unit. I asked if he would do any diagnostics on it and he said he knew the problem and it would need to be fully replaced. I then asked for a quote for the replacement, still not convinced as he has now only been in my house for less then 10 minutes. He then quoted me $1,995 for a new water heater, we just replaced one (from another company) at our old house across town for around $1,000 - I asked about why the cost was so high and he explained that if I had a issue with the cost I could call Home Depot because Plumb Works sells their own brand and it would cost more. I decline his offer, payed the $69 fee for him to come to my house and DO NOTHING and then he proceeds to leave. After I called another plumbing company from across town who we had worked with before, they are quick to respond spent about 30 min troubleshooting my unit, finds out it is under warranty, callis in the part (which was a small bulb on the back of the machine that was broken) and for less than $100 I have hot water again. I cannot imagine if I had dropped $1,995 with Plum Works for a full new unit when it was just a light bulb. They did nothing to help and did not even try and solve the problem. DO NOT USE THEM. You will be ripped off.

Great service. Professional technician. No pressure. All repair needs explained. Total cost explained before service performed. Great experience.
