We were very pleased with Plumb Unique! Chris came out and after calling the company, he discovered our hot water heater was on year 9 of a 12 year warranty. Pleasant surprise! All parts were covered under the warranty. We needed the "engine" of the unit replaced. Parts had to be ordered but they arrived quicker than anticipated and Chris came back the next morning. He drained and flushed the unit and replaced parts. All is good!

We had our foundation sink in the front bathroom and we came home to the sound and sight of water leaking out of the bathroom fixtures and the side of the house. Plumb Unique was one of three plumbers we had come out to quote us for the work, and was the only one to perform a full diagnostic of the actual issue. They turned the water back on long enough to get an idea of the issue and, after getting our permission, cut into the drywall on the other side of the bathroom to find that the pipe had disconnected in the wall and not in the foundation (thank the Lord). Once the foundation is repaired, we will definitely be working with Plumb Unique again.

What a great company! They were easy to work with, able to get a team out on a Friday afternoon, and straightforward on pricing. They instructed that if they had to bring out the electric auger, that the charge would be $175. They did a fantastic job and after about an hour of using the machine, my drains were clear. I know I am months behind, but I am Very pleased with the services and how easy they made it for me.
I live with my parents I told my dad that the tub keeps getting clogged and ever so often I would have to put drano down the drain. My dad did nothing and this went on for months so I finally got tired of it because I'm not a plumber or anything but I don't think its good to keep using drano every month so I got on Yelp and was looking for plumbers. Plumb Unique had good reviews so I message them through yelp and it was a quick response I was set up for appointment and she explained how everything worked awesome services. My appointment was for Monday morning I received a call Sunday evening for conformation. On Monday the services tech call and said he will be there in 30 minutes I said great I was almost home I had work night that night when I got there is was already there working on the problem. A family member was there to let him in, it was a quick fix he said it was just clogged really bad. What I like the most was he had on foot booties to protect our floors that was neat I don't know if that is normally what they are suppose to do, but he had his on. Also, like that he was personable and was talking to my so nice. I will use them again and recommend when I can.

I knew had a water leak on my property because of the increased water bill. I thought it might be caused by the sprinklers system. Two different sprinkler companies came out and were not helpful at all. They were unable to diagnose the issue nor provide a recommendation on next steps.
After that, I had a plumber come out who advice it was a sprinkler problem.
Finally, found Clayton at Plumb Unique. He diagnosed what he thought was the problem, recommended the next steps to get the issues resolved and continued to make certain the leaks were fixed.
My plumbing issue was involved because plumbing is 40 + years old.
Plumb Unique and Clayton specifically are honest, helpful, thorough Professionals.

Professional and efficient. Great customer service. I got a call reminding me they were coming the evening before, a call when they were 30 minutes away and a call to make sure I was satisfied 30 minutes after he left. AWESOME! I shopped around for a reasonable deal and they were also the least expensive. Gave me a best case scenario price and worse case scenario after i described my issue. And it just so so happened it was a best case scenario. Will keep their number but hope I don't need it! Would definitely recommend to friends!
