We had a sliver of water underneath our doorway that connected the master bathroom to the master bedroom. We didn't see any reason for that to be there so we were very worried about what this could be. We imagined the worst case scenario in which we would be spending thousands

We called plumb unique and they came out within 48 hours. Chris was our technician and he did a wonderful job. He looked at the shower for 15 min and figured out what was wrong. It was nothing big at all!

After doing that, we took him to look at our upstairs shower, in which he took care of, and our dishwasher, which he gave insight about.

The best parts of their service was that he was so knowledge and taught us along the way. He didn't Mind questions and I'm grateful for such kind service. On top of that, it only cost $175 for one hour of work, which is better than the thousands I was expecting and better than the hourly rates of other plumbing companies I had checked on

I'll definitely use unique plumbing for all my plumbing needs and would highly suggest the same for anyone reading, especially Chris, the technician

I texted in the morning, non-emergency, but they happen to have an evening appointment available the same day to do a water heater flush and service... Upon inspectioning my water heater it turned out there were some small leaks on the top and the bottom of the tank and it needed to be replaced. Also the city codes have changed over the years and so they needed to bring some thing up to spec. Because it was an electric WH, they didn't have one in the van. Chris the technician ordered the replacement, and brought it 2 days later with an assistant; they installed it, with the updated code specific changes in about 1.5 hours.

The only reason for the 4 out of 5 star stars was the cost. I thought they could have done a little better on the cost. It was rather on the higher side, $1460. Everyone I spoke to said it was high. No holiday discount, no Yelp discount, no Angie's list discount, no first time new customer discount.

When you price out the unit at Home Depot or Lowe's it still seems like you can higher someone at $300 and it would still have cost less.

Just had RotoRooter come to my house and fix what this company should have done a week ago. The person who came out from Uniqudidn't even check my clean outs, use a hand held auger and then complained that his auger broke during the process. Very unprofessional and a waste of $185. Do not use this company, if you would like a good company let me know and I'll give you the number if RotoRooter rep who went the extra mile to fix my situation. Also your rep did not check my cleanouts. The roots were visible from the cleanouts. Your reps are supposed to be the experts but it looks like you you want to make $. Do a better job!

The entire process was efficient, professional, and easy! Received a quote via Email that was exactly the amount billed at the end of the job. Replaced 2 water heaters in less than a day, and the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and left NO mess. Upgraded everything to current code standards, and explained each of the extra things they did to meet those standards. I highly recommend Plumb Unique and would definitely use them again!

Had a non emergency but they came out very fast, sooner than expected. Job was a simple clog somewhere in the system but they pinpointed the issue and took care of it. Cheaper repair than quotes from some other options and very fair and effective. Thanks again! (Service happened on 7/6/2018)

We were very pleased with Plumb Unique! Chris came out and after calling the company, he discovered our hot water heater was on year 9 of a 12 year warranty. Pleasant surprise! All parts were covered under the warranty. We needed the "engine" of the unit replaced. Parts had to be ordered but they arrived quicker than anticipated and Chris came back the next morning. He drained and flushed the unit and replaced parts. All is good!
