Year and a half ago, my toilet was leaking from the base. I pulled it up, and saw that the old flange had broken. I called to have a new flange installed, and the toilet mounted again. Technician came out and did the work. Thought it was weird that he grouted under the toilet instead of using caulk, but whatever. Grout was gone in a month. Toilet started leaking again a year and a half later. I pulled the toilet up, and when the technician installed the new flange, he just drilled holes and used regular screws to secure it. No concrete anchors, no bolts, nothing to protect it from moisture. One of the screws had completely rusted through in a year and a half, so I'm going to have to re-secure this myself, because Plumb Tite's warranty is only a year long. Terrible job.

I've had a great experience with Plumb Tite. They have served me well, have great customer service representatives, and are reliable. The reps you call to schedule service are very helpful and get back to you when they say they will. I called to have a hose nozzle replaced after they worked on it a year and a half ago and they had a 2 year warranty for me to get it fixed again. Very reliable technicians, friendly too. I recommend Plumb Tite for all your plumbing needs!

In October 2020, I spent over $3,500 on a repair. Tim, the tech that fixed my issue was amazing, I highly recommend him. When I had another issue in May 2021 I called Plumb Tite hoping to have another good experience. However, that was not the case.

I scheduled an appointment over the phone on Monday, May 10th and was told a tech would be available on Saturday, May 15th between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

On Saturday, the 15th, I called at 3:30 p.m. and I spoke with Stephanie and she said the tech could not make the appointment that I had scheduled. I asked if I could reschedule on Monday (17th) and she said they were all booked up. I went a week waiting on Plumb Tite with major plumbing issues and had to call an emergency repair service to fix my problem. It would of been nice to speak with a manager to make things right, but that option was not given to me.

To those of you that are reading this review, please do not use this company. If you want to wait around for 5 hours on a tech that ends up canceling and can't reschedule then call them. Unprofessional and very poor customer service.

My water heater had started leaking. I had Plumb Tite put in our last water heater which ended up leaking 2 months out of warranty. The gentleman said there was nothing he could do but I could possibly call State (the water heater manufacturer) and they might do something. They did not. So I had him install the water heater and then I needed a shutoff valve and a release valve which ended up costing me $600 for both. Then he said it might not pass inspection if I didn't have the drip pan under the water heater which was another $125, which is just a tin lid. Rather than have to have them come out again in case it didn't pass inspection and pay more I agreed. When the inspector came out he said I didn't need that. I believe I was taken advantage of. 6 years ago the water heater cost me right around $850. This time with everything it ended up costing me $2020. I believe I was taken advantage of. I will never call them again.

I had a slow running basement toilet. They said $225 to snake it. They had to take the toilet off to snake it price went to $375. It still ran slow, next said I needed a pressure hose ran thru the opening. There price to do it went to $1170.00. At this stage what do you do, it took them 15 minutes to pressure clean the drain. I think there a bunch of thief's. I would not recommend calling them.

Had a water installed in 2016. Already leaking. And they can't come over until 3 days later. If it weren't under warranty, I'd be calling some one else

Horrible, mean customer service. They claim to never charge a service charge. Actually that's only if they come to your home during business hours. If your call is after 5, then there's a charge.
During the recent rain from hurricane Gordon, I called due to a flooded basement. They wanted a $75 service charge and said they would call me when a plumber became available. I understand they were busy but it's 4 days later and I'm still waiting for the plumber to call.
When I asked the service rep why their hold message said they never have a service charge he chuckled, said, ""Have a nice day"", and hung up on me.
Thank goodness I have a wonderful friend who came to help me.

DO NOT do business with them!!!!! Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. They broke my washing machine in attempt to fix a pipe above it and refuse to fix what THEY broke stating it is my fault. Brueggemann Plumbing is AWESOME and always super friendly! I would refer everyone to do business with them and not this poor excuse of a company.

I had a frozen pipe on New Years Day... I had major problems finding anyone who could help in a timely manner. Contacted Plumb Tite, spoke to Keith, who was very helpful and calming. He set up an appointment within a couple hours to have a plumber at my house. Fortunately, my water started working after in began to get warmer outside. I called Keith and canceled my appointment. Chad, the plumber who was scheduled to my house, contacted me and gave me suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. This company is fantastic! They went above and beyond to help me, even without getting a dime from me.

We just needed a faucet installed. The plumber, Eric, was friendly, quick, and extremely clean. I'm very happy with the service. I'll definitely use them again.
