Same story as the other reviewers here. Was assigned this company through my home warranty. The technician never showed up nor did they respond to my calls. Got a refund from the warranty. Don't use these people, hire real plumbers somewhere else.

This is the worse company ever. I called them for a stoppage in my kitchen sink. Came to my house and cut my water pipes in two places and never sealed them back together. Left a total mess in my basement. Tracked dirt all over my house on my hard wood floors. I have not had a sink to use in over a week. This company will not return my calls and the technician will not answer my texts. Do not use this company. They can't fix anything thing but will destroy your property. I am reporting them to the consumer protection agency and reporting them to the better business bureau.

Absolutely horrible service. Gave them a $1600 deposit and agreed to 2 week turnaround. (2 week contract). They never obtained the permits (required by law in NJ), started the work.... and 2 months later job was still not done. I fired them and they refuse to refund money.

It is now 4 months later, I still have a rusty sanitary line, and am out $1,600

I would give these guys zero stars if possible. Tech was assigned by Lowes to install a range and a microwave. Was supposed to come out on Friday. Did not show up because they could not get their vehicle started. I was told they would come at 8:30 the next day. They didn't arrive till 9:30. They dragged dirt and mud throughout my house and. began to uninstall my microwave and range. They then told me because I was rude and demanding a discount that they were not going to do the install. They cancel an appointment which I took off work for, show up late the next day, drag dirt and mud throughout my house and I was the rude one?

I would also agree with other posters, I had a recent bad experience when these guys got assigned to an issue via a home warranty company. Told me they had fixed our heating issue and in fact had just placed a very temporary band aid on it which could have had more serious consequences. As a result the issue is a lot bigger than they suggested and I'm massively out of pocket. These guys are cowboys. Avoid

I don't know why their are so many bad reviews. I have used Plumb tech more than enough times and not once have I had a bad experience with them. They only called once to say they were late and would come late or reschedule.i rescheduled understanding the trade can be tough to stay on track. One job can hold you back for hours. They have a honest rate and I've never had to have them service the same problem twice. I will always go to Plumb tech and you should Too!

I agree what with was written by others. I would never recommend this company or will I use them again. The person they sent was clueless - I can't even tell you how poor the experience was. We called almost every day after the visit because the person told us we would hear back in 2 days - we got a return call after we had already hired another plumber. Frankly, I am surprised there are not more negative reviews here. My advice - find anyone else, get a how to book and lose this company's number. If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I bought a new Rheem electric hot water heater it was installed on 8/30/16 it leak and it could not be fixed. Rheem sent a work order to Plumb Tech and a Tech came the same day and said the water heater was defective and he would have someone come out Tuesday 9/6/2016 and sure enough Trevor showed. he was friendly, quick and did not leave a mess and even went with my husband to Home Depot in Allentown, Pa to return the defective water heater, and brought back the new one and in no time Trevor had it installed. I give Plumb Tech Service and the Tech Trevor a A.

I am usually not one to complain about service - but I am just beyond annoyed... They came 1 day to diagnose an issue and said they fixed it, when they didn't. Came back day 2 and diagnosed the issue. Made an appointment for a few days later - no show, no call. Left 2 voicemails, no call back. Had to call my home warranty service to get in touch with them again. Made an appointment (day 4) and they call at 5pm of my 3-5 window to say they can't come and rescheduled for today. Today (day 5) AGAIN NO SHOW... Definitely do not use this company.
