Could never get a hold of anyone. Called their after hours and talk to someone three different times and they told me they were dispatching a technician. That was on Thursday and today is Saturday. Still do not have anything fixed.

I called the company today to complain about one of their drivers speeding, following vehicles too closely, and also that the vehicle had a brake light out. Had to call 3 times to get somebody to answer. Once, I was hung up on when trying to reach the operator and when I did get through, the gentleman who took my call was not professional during our conversation. After I informed him that I almost rear-ended the driver when they slammed on their brakes, he responded ""sounded like you were following him too closely as well"". Very rude! I would never give my hard-earned money to a company that doesn't understand what customer service is. Completely unacceptable. If I could, I would rate this company ZERO stars.
