My reaction was not for the price you quoted, but the fact you wanted to charge me $95 for coming out without telling me upfront. Never did you say that you would charge me for the quote or I would have declined. There are many companies that will respond without a fee to give you an estimate on a job. Just be upfront about your fees and dont just spring it on them. Your overall price was not horrible yet was not the cheapest either. Good luck to you sir.

I found this company through Home Advisor. He showed up on time to give us an estimate to repair a gas leak on our outdoor fire pit valve. He told me it would be $400 to repair if he had to break the concrete and $200 if he did not have to break it. He continued to call us and see if he could have the job (gave it to him because of his persistance) He arrived as agreed to repair the leak, but not until after he was done (less than 1 hour) and not having to break the concrete did he tell my wife the cost would be $285. Now we agreed upon a price $400 if he had to break concrete and $200 if not. We never agreed on a price that would be up to $400. I feel my wife was taken advantage of and will not recommend this company to anyone. He didn't leave to buy additonal parts and again I must say the price was rasied on us only after the work was completed. My wife paid the extra $85.00 because she felt she had no choice and was backed into a corner with no options. This is horrible service! I don't think Craig was honest with us nor will I recommend him to any friends or family. Just be clear I don't know or think the quality of work was bad and my review is not about the work quality but rather altered price.

I had an issue with the main water line coming into my house. Craig was over within 10 minutes to save the day. He did a super professional job and was very helpful. He's honest and an overall great guy. I'll definitely be contacting him again for my plumbing needs.
