DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have used them on 2 different jobs and both were nightmares.

I had a terrible experience on the first job when they sent out someone named Nathan who did not know what he was talking about. He sent me to Home Depot to bring back a part, and the plumbing sales person at Home Depot told me "If I were you, I would use a different plumber because the guy who called me about this part doesn't know what he's talking about."

The next job was a much bigger one on my kitchen. I did not want to use them again, but my contractor who was doing the whole kitchen remodel talked me into it. And the second time was even worse!! They sent someone out to dig a hole for a propane tank, and later than day I looked into the hole and saw that they had destroyed my sprinkler pipes and left the hole filling up with water which was gushing from the pipes. When I found it, the hole had about 4 feet of water in it. The next problem we had was that the gas line that I paid to have connected was never connected and when I talked to the owner of the company about it, he said, "That's not my issue - that's the gas company's issue." Never mind the fact that he did not tell anyone that the gas company needed to be contacted to complete the work. I ended up having to pay installers to come out more than once to put in a range due to a gas line never being hooked up by this company.

Working with this company is a huge hassle and I would suggest that you find someone whose workers know what they are doing and whose owner is willing to finish a job that they start.
