House burnt down and we had to rebuild entire house. Plumb Solutions got the job per the contractors choice. Sloppy job the whole experience. Many appointments they didn't even show up. No call just a no show. They removed wall and door framing without permission. Installed a damage tub which I said to replace before installing. They installed anyways. Installed a smaller shower that was 6"" smaller than what we wanted. Charged us $2K to replace it. Now he is threatening to send me to collections and refusing to come finish the job until I pay the remaining balance but he hasn't finished the job. Wish I had more room to cover the other issues but do not call this guy.

My water heater had developed a small leak and I knew it was getting close to the time to get a new one. I called up Plumb Solutions and spoke with Charice, she was very helpful and she was able to get a service person out to my place. They replaced my old water heater in no time and got everything up and working again. Very helpful and customer service oriented employees. Thanks for taking care of everything!
