Knowledgeable, honest, reliable, well priced, great work every time. He installed our masterbath tub and shower, bathroom sink. Great job.

On another occasion he came on a Friday at the end of his day for a plumbing emergency, a leak draining from the garage into the downstairs bedroom. Great work.

We have used Plumb Savings on a few occasions and were satisfied with the results. This last time we had Terry Ness the owner clear a clogged main sewer line. Terry turned on our hose to ensure the line was clear after he had snaked the line. However Terry forgot to turn the hose bib off after he was done. It ran nonstop for 2 days before we found the hose running (it's located in a remote location with a lot of ground cover ). I texted Terry immediately when we found the hose running. That we would surely see an increased water bill and how he wanted to handle the situation. NO RESPONSE. Once we received the water bill with an increase of $335 I sent Terry a copy of the bill again asking to be reimbursed NO RESPONSE. I called Terry but he screened the call and wouldn't take my call. Mistake happen but good businesses make it right. Terry and Plumb Savings ignore the problem. My advice use a honest company and avoid Plumb Savings.

Terry was recommended by my real estate agent when our water heater gave out on a Saturday evening. Terry was nice enough to contact me on a weekend and came the next morning on a Sunday. He was honest and did not try to push anything. He kindly explained what the problem was and recommended what was necessary and what wasn't. The following day, he replaced our water heater in 2 hours and beat just about every other bid I received. Wouldn't hesitate to call Terry again for plumbing issues. Thank you Terry.

Plumb Savings has been doing jobs for me for eight years now. So I guess you could say this review is long overdue. Terry Hess is an owner operator of his business. He's the one you talk to and he is the one doing the work.

Terry has worked on two of my houses now. He's installed new replacement bathroom sink fixtures and shower head and controls. He's put in pressure regulators, ball turn off valves, repaired leaking sink drains, replaced valves in leaky fixtures, installed new water valve for the ice maker line and much more.

Terry has always been reasonable priced, on time and never any issues. I highly recommend Plumb Savings for all your plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE Terry or his company if you are looking for someone who is honest, reliable, kind, and someone who stands by his work. After improperly installing a faucet in my home, he refused to remove/remedy it, and got very nasty when I questioned him about it. He is rude, unbending, and dishonest, and in no way would I recommend his business. A simple issue could have been easily fixed, and yet he is ""too busy"" to stand by his own work!

Terry was AWESOME. We just bought our house and it was immediately apparent that it took at least 3 minutes to get hot water to the master bathroom because it is located at the farthest corner from the water heater. Not wanting to waste water, we decided to install a hot water circulator. Terry was a great plumber. Fast, clean & reasonable. We had to contact him on New Years day to say that it wasn't working. He came out the next day to troubleshoot. It turns out that because we have 4 bathrooms, we should have run water in all to get air out. He handled it & now it works perfectly. He is very conscientious about his work and takes a lot of pride.
Highly recommend! I am a Realtor who is very picky about recommending. 5 stars all the way!
