Company Overview
Plumb-Rite Services delivers complete plumbing assistance. Jack Hayes, our founder and Master Plumber, began his journey in plumbing during high school as a helper. After completing high school at Lafayette Christian Academy, he attended USL for engineering courses and ultimately graduated from MSU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. As he worked towards his degree, he supported himself by doing plumbing for local businesses after class. In 1984, he scored 99 on the State Plumbing License Exam and founded his own company: Jack Alvan Hayes Plumbing and Heating, which transitioned to Plumb-Rite Services in 2000. In 2010, his wife, Earline, took over the office and management responsibilities of the business. Earline is now the majority owner at 51% and oversees the daily management of the business. Kat L.I called and they took 2 weeks to send someone over to fix the problem, but when he arrived to my house he had the wrong equipment. He said he would come back in a week, well a week went by and nothing, so I called. They said they had to order a part and would call when it came in. I waited 2 weeks and nothing so I called again, they said the part had shipped but did not have a delivery date and would call when it arrived. Waited another 2 weeks and nothing. These people are unprofessional. I ended up calling another pluming service and they came and fixed the problem the next day!
