First thing I noticed was that the call to Plumb-rite was responded by the actual plumber, not a third party. After describing the issue (toilet that kept running), he instructed me how to shut off the toilet water. Said he would try to get there that day, but, that would definitely be by the first thing the next morning. He gave me a quote, which I thought was very fair. And there was no charge to get that quote. Another company wanted $99. to get a quote. When Richard arrived, he brought the required parts, and quickly and neatly completed the job. The total bill matched the quote. Next time I'll call Plumb-rite first!

I called Plumb-rite and they came out with-in a half hour. He was quick and efficient and found the problem. Unclogged the line fast. Very experienced and professional. I will use His service again should I need a plumber. Thank you Plumb-rite.

Had my 11 year old hot water heater replaced today (10/26/2023) from Plumb Rite Plumbing. Rich and Mike were not only efficient in the replacement but were on time, cordial, clean, and left me with nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend them. They even fixed a toilet while here!

I cannot say enough, had toilet issues, clogging, for the first time ever after living in our house for 30+years which i assumed was due to a tooth brush head that got flushed. Called another, more local company who came out and removed the tb head, put it back together and all was ok, but 2 1/2 days later, back to clogged and it would not clear. Called them today and they can't make it out, called 5 others with no luck for same day, we only have one bathroom so needed it done today. Called and got Richard who just finished up and job and headed straight here. Told him the deal, first thing he asked is if the other plumber snaked the toilet from front or back, he didn't do either just took the toothbrush head out. After diagnosing he found 1-my main line was clogged, 2- there was still a clog in the toilet trap.He also recommended system maintenance which will be done asap. He went straight to work and hell yeah, everything is cleaned out and flowing great. If I ever need another plumber he will be my first call. Professional, friendly, polite, explains things, and cares about what he does!! So glad we found him!

I totally recommend this company. We were having flushing issues and we were getting availability dates 2 weeks out or no response at all! Until I called Plumber-Rite, they came same day to see what was going on-went over my options and came back the next day and completed everything,back in business! Very competent and easy to work with!
