After calling the main phone number and not receiving a call back I called Mike's phone number and was told to leave message. I did that and didn't receive a call back, just 1 text from Mike that said ""absolutely"" after texting and asking if he would be coming out during the week. A courtesy call saying he wouldn't be able to make it out would have been greatly appreciated. Instead I am still dealing with a leaking pipe and a dead sump pump.

Mike & Sons are great. Straightforward, reliable, by far - lowest estimate of 4 plumbing companies I contacted . Highly recommend. They did a water hookup for a new kitchen island which involved running lines through a tight crawl space ... this is not fun work for plumbers. They were done in 90 minutes and actually charged less than original estimate because they didn't need some of the materials that were originally factored into the estimate. Good luck finding another plumbing company that is this honest.

I was very surprised to read a negative review of this company. Being a single mom so often company's take advantage. I had a plumbing company I won't mention try to take me for a ride. When I called the owner for a hotel he was professional and o. Time. He assessed the situation and was half the price. Him and his son were clean, professional and courteous of my time and my house. I have recommended him to all my friends and they all say the same. His prices are fair and reasonable. It's nice to know there are honest contractors out there. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.

The owner Mike is rude and very unprofessional. When I asked if he could make a appointment other than 8:30 am, he was extremely nasty and actually attacked me personally! WOW! Be careful not to rub this owner the wrong way...he just might unleash the real side of his fake niceness! Show his true ugly self ... And then turn around blame you!

They were super responsive when I called them during the flooding and sewer back up on Grand Island. Would definitely recommend and utilize them again when in need. He went above and beyond to help our situation.

Welp, nobody likes to have to call a plumber. But our sewer was backing up into our basement utility sink, and we could not relieve the clog ourselves. So a call was necessary. I read some Yelp reviews, and decided Roto-Rooter was a no-go. Mr. Plumber seemed decent. They estimated a price, I called back to schedule and had to leave a message, and they never called me back.

So that brought us to Mike at Plumb-Rite. He answered the phone, was available first thing the next morning, and estimated a price $115 less than Mr. Plumber. So we booked his services, and I'm glad we did. He showed up the next morning on time, and had the sewer flowing again in about an hour. Turned out we had a blockage, but also had some tree roots, which they also removed.

If you need a plumber, we definitely recommend Plumb-Rite, and will gladly use them again when the inevitable plumbing issues that come along with home-ownership raise their stinky-heads once again. Excellent communication, quality service, very reasonable prices--thanks Plumb-Rite! :-D
