I had a clogged sewer , water backed up all over my basement floor, I called them on a Friday afternoon, right after Christmas, the guy was here within 2 hrs and fixed the problem. I even used the coupon from my church bulletin advertising. Great service and not a rip off. Thank you.

Today was my second time having Plumb-Rite out for an issue. We had a clog in the main line a few months back after we moved in as the house had sat empty for several months. Then after renovating our kitchen, we finally got the new sink installed and turns out there was a clog in the line from the sink due to it not having been used for the months it took to complete the renovations, plus there ended up being a leak in the pipes my husband installed under the sink. Someone was able to come out a few hours after I called, was very professional, completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time, and my only complaint was the cost. Tbf it always costs more than I want it to. Will be calling them again for any future issues.

Very dissatisfied with their service. I wanted a clogged sump pump line
snaked, technician showed up late, then I got talked out of the snaking by
the service tech. Said his boss would email me several options to get a new
sump pump line installed. Took my email, charged me $53 and nothing, no
options, no email or no phone call. I have a high water table in my
basement, so doing nothing is not an option. Stay away from Plump-Rite of
Edison, NJ.

I called Plumb rite this morning to hook up a gas dryer for me. I made an appt for Monday, but received a call today, and the guy who installed my dryer was excellent! He was so friendly and explained everything as he was doing it.

I would definitely recommend them to someone who needs a plumber.
