We're definitely switching our plumbing services to Plumb Rite after the fantastic experience we had with their rep Tyler C.

What we thought was a simple soft clog of our washing machine drain to the main sewer line ended up being a hardened root/junk blockage 50 ft in, and under our slab foundation. Snaking from the washer opening couldn't provide the torque and leverage needed to break up and dislodge the clog, so Tyler lifted the drain camera up to the roof. He used their sensor to identify the exact spot, which unfortunately was under our home's concrete slab, meaning if we had to access the spot directly, it meant tearing up floors and jackhammering. Tyler saved the day by hauling the big power snake up to the roof, feeding it down the vent 50 or so feet, and eventually breaking up the root and junk clog. We've got a free-flowing drain now, and saved thousands of dollars avoiding tearing up our floor and slab.

Plumb Rite Plumbing has always been our go to Plumbing Service!!! Each time they have done a great job for us. but, this time Plumb Rite came through for us in Big way, We experienced a broken pipe in our home, after calling Jeff at PRP he came right away, was there while we open claim with our insurance co. he had his guys out the next day after they had completed a re-route repair and turning back on the water another pipe broke. Jeff offered us a great price for a Total re-piping of our home. It gets better, it only took one day for them to completed the job :) next day he had another crew come out to do the re-patching of our walls. These guys did such a great job you cant even tell there were holes. Both crews were very clean about their work. A shout out to some of his guys, Dylan, Martin, Manuel. I know I am missing some names please forgive me, each one of them help us through a tough time. I highly recommend Plumb Rite Plumbing! and Thanks again Jeff for all your support during this stressful time.

Dylan came out to our house to fix leaky hose to toilet after seeing my husband did most of the work except for getting that hard nut off he did that and then didn't charge us a penny since my husband did most of the work!
So he had the special tool to remove the nut and copper sleeve and then he installed the new hose and valve was very very friendly very professional even put up with our four dogs and my granddaughter following him!
I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with the service I received. I called with an emergency on a weekend and they were able to come out and fix the problem. They were covid ready which I appreciated. Plumb Rite Plumbing really came through for us in a pinch! Our kitchen sink clogged up on a Saturday morning at 11:00 and then as my husband tried to plunge it out, all that nasty water and Draino came spilling out under the sink as a pipe or something burst! I called Plumb Rite plumbing at about 11:30. They got there at around 2:00 PM, and by 3:30, the job was finished!
The plumber estimated the job at $275, thinking he would have to hydro it out, since snaking it out with our last plumber didn't work last time. But he started with the snake, it loosened, and bam! Down went the water! He fixed the remaining problems, and only charged us $179- and on a Saturday! We are so grateful!

Simply can't say enough about Jeff's work. We've been using his services for years now and the experience is ALWAYS the same: punctuality, good communication, great attitude, affable nature, friendly and articulate, reasonable pricing and efficiency/quality of work done. I've never had to call him back for a job not well done. He insures his work is tested through and through before leaving and that's always appreciated.

Jeff has done work on our toilet, sinks and garbage disposal and hits the mark every time. Our family is blessed to have him as our handyman and yours will be too. No more perusing Craigslist ads. Just call. Thank me later.

Billy Sinclair from Plumb Rite Plumbing in Rancho Cucamonga. Was super professional and very personable as well as knowledgeable and polite.
He originally installed a kitchen faucet for me and an instant water dispenser. A month later I noticed I was not getting any hot water. I called the company and they were incredibly accommodating. They scheduled an appointment to address the problem. It happens the faucet instructions had mislabeled the hoses. No big deal. Billy changed them and the problem was fixed. No extra charge, great service and great customer service.

I think I found my plumbing company.
