Alright, nothing but good things to say about Plumb Rite Plumbing. Ernest with plumb rite was very responsive from the start. Was willing to help out on new years day to install our new water heater. Wasn't able to get it done that day ( hold ups on our end not plumb rites) but answered the phone rite away on Sunday and everything is being taken care of by 1pm. Awesome service great response times and willing to help. Thanks again!!

Jeff got me out of a serious bind when I had a slab leak in my kitchen, just before my brand new cabinets were set to install! He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. After discussing my options, we went with epoxy coating the damaged drain line. Everything is up and running better than before! My laundry meets up with my kitchen line, and for years, I have had back-up into my sink....NO MORE! Everything runs smoothly and flows perfectly! I have since had Plumb Rite out for other work and both times have been completely satisfied with their work. We have used Plumb Rite plumbing for several years and we have been very satisfied. We have had many minor plumbing issues, and a few major leaks and floods, and they are always there when we need them to fix the problem. Over the years I have had many plumbers and most of them not great. I'm staying with my father and Jeff is amazing. Not only does he respond immediately, because when you need a plumber it is almost always an emergency. My father is 90 and Jeff always makes an effort to show up and is very reasonable. He tries several various ways to figure out how to not have to open floors or walls. He doesn't give up and stays late to get the job done. He is a solution person and so friendly. End the search. This is your guy.
