I had a leaky toliet..hired plumb rite to fix it..I gave it 2 stars for the shifty way the tech manipulated the online discount offered by his company..you get one price..but wait..you show them the online coupon..then bottom line jumps up..YOU DO NOT GET A DISCOUNT..all smoke and mirrors. Reminds me of an old fashioned used car salesman selling automotive lemons. Tech uses fancy terms and I ask questions if it means he will replace waterline hose and valve..under the impression he would..A about a hundred bucks or more just for a spritz of grease and replace a nut. STAY AWAY! I have another bathroom that needs repair..but not using this company.
Laurie J.Great service and expertise in installation of 2 modern toilets and troubleshooting on a pipe issue.
Had a horrible experience with the tech that came out. He was rude and failed to thoroughly identify and address our plumbing problem that caused our toilet and shower to back up. I'll be choosing another company for further repairs since the problem was not fixed. Not happy with this one.
Robert C.I have used Plumb Rite several times. Their service is great, their technicians are knowledgeable and their office staff communicates well. I would highly recommend them.
Chyna B.Will and Pete installed a freestanding bathtub for us. Our tile floors were much more difficult to cut through than we expected and destroyed at least a couple of their drill bits. What should have been a one day job ended up stretching into a second day, but they still honored the original price. They did a great job and were very friendly despite the hard work, late hours and tight crawl space.
I have to say that Jeremy and Chris were awesome technicians, they came out on time, were professional and instantly found the source of our leak. They were able to diagnose it, repair it and help keep our home from additional water damage. I would totally hire these guys again for any upcoming plumbing issues that may arise. And on a funny note, we had a snake come into our basement and they helped me get rid of that problem too! No charge lol!!! :-) thanks guys, I totally recommend your awesome company.
Trinity E.I put in a home warranty call and they sent out Plumb Rite! Charles was the service technician and he was very very friendly and listened to my plumbing issues. He made the quick fix . Great customer service, from the very beginning. They called the day before to remind me of their visit and called again to let me know they were on their way. I would highly recommend this company.
When my toilets stopped flushing on a Friday night and my warranty company couldn't get anyone out until Monday I called another plumbing service. After spending $324 for an unsuccessful snaking of my pipes, they wanted me to pay for a camera and another $300. I opted not to and waited for Plumb Rite to come out. He was able to clear my pipes in minutes! He didn't try to up sell me or convince me I needed to pay for additional services. I would highly recommend Plumb Rite and Willy!!!
I do not use a home warranty, so I chose Plumb Rite of my own choice.
This company has done four or five jobs for the house, all done well and with courteous service.
We had the water line break in our yard and called them out for an emergency repair. I was NOT the person who called or dealt with them for this job. A team came out the same day, piddled around, then left saying that they need to collect some equipment but they'd be back. They did not return, though they lied and said they called the house. I'd be willing to provide phone and text records for each and ever phone in the house, having the phone provider fax them over, which proves that no one called or texted anyone in the house.
So, a lie, and a no-show. Still, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and only asked for a discount since we had gone more than 24 hours without a drop of water. Next day, they did come out at 9 (had promised 8) and stated that it's broken under a tree, even though the water is coming out about 2-3ft from a tree. Said we'd need a complete new line from road to house and quoted 1600-2k.
The person who called them out said they'd have to think about it and the plumber left. At 1015 I get a call on my personal phone, while I'm at work, and am faced with the owner of the company who is having a meltdown. He yelled, threatened, and blamed, very verbally abusive, even though I told him THREE SEPARATE TIMES that I'm not involved in this job at all, I'm at work, and I have no idea what's going on. Apparently, hesitating in accepting their quote is a killing offense even though nearly every other profession allows thinking time, or even second opinions to be obtained.
After his verbal rant, at a very loud volume, Anthony (the owner) decided that he's never doing another job for this house again. That's good, because he's banned from the property. NO service provider has the right to yell at a customer (who hasn't even spoken with them) or verbally abuse them.
Had Anthony kept his temper and spoken like a reasonable adult, I would have been happy to talk with him. I had no idea what was offered, done, or said because I was at work, but he could have supplied that info and I'd have worked with him because the other jobs he had done for me were great. As soon as he raised his voice and got ugly, though, he lost all good will and respect. Neither he nor his people will be allowed to step foot on the property again, and I'll choose another local company to give my money to.
I personally would not use them again. I had to loan the tech a socket to unscrew the tank lid which I didn't mind. But he first put the flow valve on upside down so my sump pump didn't cut off. I caught him before he left and had him redo the valve. When doing this, he broke the main pipe off and didn't have a new joint so he placed a rubber boot to connect the pipes temporarily. I called plumb rite back the next day to check on repairs. There tech told them that nothing was broken and it was working fine when he left. I am not impressed with the unprofessional way the office responded and the boss called me back and started yelling at me when I informed him I loaned his tech a socket. He didn't appreciate me saying his truck didn't have the tooling to do the job. So now I have a mess to be fixed by someone else..
