I called and asked to have a pipe fixed in this freezing cold weather. Two men came the next day and said he was NOT able to fix the pipe until access was made from outside the house. Although he did not fix the pipe he did take $150 and said he'd come tomorrow as long as access to the pipe was made. Later that night I made the ""necessary"" opening the gentleman told me to make and contacted the men expecting them to be there later that day as promised. I waited and waited and I heard nothing back. This was very frustrating since both men knew we had a 94 year-old woman in the house who needed to shower. I called repeated and when I did talk to somebody it always seem to be a runaround between John and Rich. After a couple of days of not getting anywhere I called Master Construction for their plumbing services and they were a dream. Not only did they fix the pipe but they were able to do it from the INSIDE and told me that I DID NOT need to make a hole from the outside of my house like the two unhelpful men from Plumb-Rite said. This is a very frustrating process especially since both men knew there was an elderly woman in the house who needed help. I've not received my money back and I hope my very poor experience deters people from using Plumb-Rite
