I was satisfied with the work they did. Had a water heater installed. They didnt try to upsell me and the price was fair. They use Bradford White water heaters which I think are one of the best out there. I had a state select I bought 8 years ago that started to corrode and break down. These bradford whites reduce the need to flush the tank and they use a coating inside to prolong their life. If your tank is 8 years and giving you trouble you might as well prepare to replace it. It just makes more sense. You can get at least 10 years with these BW tanks and probably much more if you have soft water or use a whole house water filter. Do some research on the BW tanks are made. They also installed a recirculation pump on the hot water side. I was having to wait 5-10 min before getting any hot water at my kitchen sink and these pumps almost nearly end the wait time.

We used this company to re-pipe our house in addition to a few other small jobs. We have been happy with their work and willingness to do what it takes to complete the job, even if that means coming back on a Saturday. Mark and his crew are professional and easy to work with. One word of caution and it's no reflection on Mark, but we needed someone to patch the holes in our sheet rock after the re-pipe work and he referred us to Cesar Dominguez with Dominguez Complete Home Repair. Beware of this company. They ripped us off and threatened to sue us for harassment after we contacted him about the problem.

I have know mark for years. His service has always been top notch. The most recent work he has done on my home was to replace two 40 gallon water heaters in series in the attic of a two story home. I was very worried about cost and potential damage to my home, but his men showed up looking, clean, professional and ready to work. They layed drop cloths down and vacuumed up all insulation when they finished and left the place looking better than it did before. The water heaters themselves looked fantastic with brand new supply lines and he even replaced my water and gas valves for free. If you need quality plumbers who know what they are doing and take their time, and who care about pleasing the customer versus getting home by 5 there's no one better in the cypress/Houston area.

EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. We hired them to do a very simple drain fix. After checking around, they really overcharged us. I would not use this company again. The office staff made an error recording my phone number and did not give me the notice requested for the plumber's arrival. Luckily someone was home to let the plumber in. The plumber was very professional and fixed the drain. However, I am very disappointed with the pricing. For such a simple job, I feel I was way overcharged.

Plumb Right was hired to replace all the pipes and water heaters in my home. I also wanted some of my fixtures fixed and replaced in my showers and bathrooms. They made 43 holes in my ceilings and walls . They originally quoted 26, and I understand there will be some variability, but not to the extent that occurred. They damaged my master bathroom tile and put an additional hole in my ceiling when a pipe broke lose. They have not repaired this damage. They did not cover the floors or keep my home relatively clean. I have very light carpet that is new and I have to have it professionally cleaned now. About mid-way through the job, one of the pipes burst and water started pouring into my bathroom. I was in the house and was able to turn off the main. I called Plumb Right to report this incident and ended up talking to a supervisor who said he would come out the following day to inspect the work and talk to me. I don't know if he came out, but he did not talk to me. At the end of the job one of the spigots that was leaking, it looked like it was leaking through the wall. They came out right away, but I had to insist that they come out immediately. I was not sure if it was an emergency as I could not tell. The shower fixtures were put in poorly and I will have to get them repaired properly. The massive number of holes became a bigger issue as I am still trying to get these properly repaired. They appeared to have no experience doing this work but they conveyed that they did. I did not find them very knowledgeable or experienced. I feel that I have not been given the service that I paid for and my home is now in worse shape, not including the holes, than it was before I started.

Called for a quote to get a water heater flushed. Was told a plumber would have to come out to tell me how much it would be and I would pay a $60 trip fee. I'm not going to pay you $60 to quote me for a job that costs around $100; especially when other places are capable of giving me a quote.

I was incredibly thrilled with their service I received! I live in an older home where my toilet would not stop running water throughout the day. I also had a garbage disposal that was on the fritz.
I called Plumb Right Plumbing and not only were they were able to give me an estimate over the phone but they were able to send someone out to my home the day after Thanksgivings. Thanks to my technician Charles Bond for his professionalism, arriving to my home sooner than expected & for working the day after Thanksgivings.
I would definitely use this company again. In fact, I'm adding their number to my contact list for home repair.
