Bret E.We had a few things that needed fixing when we purchased our home, and on a friend's recommendation we called Plumb Rught. They were very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. It's nice to feel confident that everything is done right and is well worth it. 10/10 would recommend.
Jeff W.We had a water heater rust out and fail on Sunday afternoon. I contacted Plumb Right via a distributor portal on Monday and they came out to bid the job. The pricing was competitive to the other two bids I had and they were able to complete the job on the spot.
Since they were there, I had them quote another couple items that have been on my ""to do"" list for a year. They got those knocked off too.
I'm more than satisfied.
We had a great experience with Plumb Right. We thought we had to install a new faucet, instead we were able to get parts for the existing faucet and save money. Thomas was very knowledgeable and efficient . We very very happy with his expertise and professionalism .
Chris S.TLDR: Fair estimate (based on multiple estimates), efficient, got the job done, and answered long lost of questions with helpful info.
Water heater leaked and Devon came out for free estimate and was straight forward with what needed to be done while providing a fair quote. Provided answers to all additional questions while recommending a restoration service to handle the flooded carpet. Matthew did a great job of performing the work the next day. Very efficient service as needed with a busted water heater. Even corrected the water softener fittings that needed additional service.
I noticed my original post about PlumbRight's work had dissapeared. So I am re-posting it. They came out and did an estimate on new construction work to install a drain and plumbing to an upstairs washer. When they came to do the work to an open wall with exposed studs and no drywall, the cost tripled compared to the estimate. Nothing had changed since the time of the estimate and the work. The plumber knew the drywall Co. was coming the next day and I was in a bind.
They ran the new pvc pipes to the outside wall inside of the connected adjacent open inside wall. Of course the pipe froze that winter. When I called the office to discuss it they said there was nothing they could do. I hope this review helps you to ask the right questions, and make an informed decision.
Erik from Plumb Right come out and give us an estimate for plumbing in an addition we're adding and was awesome and very nice. We decided to use these guys for our project because Erik was so great. They had to send someone out a second time to look at the job, the Master Plumber, Devon. It didn't take long and I was regretting our decision. Devon is beyond rude. At one point I told him we didn't need them to put the bathroom fixtures in and he said, ""good luck with that"". I'm sure that's what every plumber thinks when a homeowner says they're going to do something themselves but I can't believe he actually said that, to me, in my house. If we hadn't been in a time crunch we wouldn't have continued with Plumb Right. We asked if Devon could not work on our project but were told he had to. Devon also insisted we needed to have the footings for our addition in before they did their rough-in for plumbing, which meant we would need to have two concrete pours. Our concrete guy and our architect couldn't figure out why that was necessary. Finally Devon got back to my husband and said that we didn't need to do two pours but that they wouldn't be able to be out and get the rough-in done before our pour date. Luckily we had another plumber lined up that could get it done in time but save yourself the headache and call someone else first.
I want to start off by saying Erik was awesome and so was holly in the office. They were very polite and responsive. However, Devon was rude and condescending, he swore we needed 2 pours of concrete (said foundation/footings HAD to be pored before rough in) for our rough-in on our single slab addition. That ended up being completely wrong. We were in a time crunch and Devon was nothing but a problem, nothing could be done on time in his eyes the project seemed like it was overly complicated to him. I ended up finding another company who came out in 3 days after my first visit and completed the job at a much better cost and with a attentive manner. Don't work with Devon if you choose this company.
David G.The issue was a stopped up kitchen drain and a desire to have the basement floor drain snaked.. Service rep totally ignored drain plug in basement piping that the kitchen plumbing fed into. Stated, rightly so, that a small segment of lead piping in the basement would limit what he could do. After more than an hour he was able to snake the basement floor drain successfully but the kitchen drain was still stopped up. Instead of using that handy drain plug in the basement he told us it would be a minimum of another $1300 to: return and open up the kitchen wall behind the sink, maybe even the behind the cabinetry above the sink, maybe even the ceiling above the sink AND maybe even the walls in the adjoining dining room in order to get at the heart of the problem with our clogged kitchen drain. We called plumbing company #2 for a second opinion. Plumber #2 was at the house before 8:00 a.m. the next day. Used the drain plug in the basement and was done and gone in less than an hour. He even checked the fittings under the kitchen sink to make sure they were snug and made recommendations on how to deal with the segment of lead pipe.
is it possible to leave a negative rating? I don't live in the area and needed a plumber to replace water heater. Called 1 week in advance to schedule with Holly at PlumbRight. Today, less than 2 hours before they were supposed to arrive, Holly calls to cancel my appointment.
ABSOLUTE UNRELIABILITY. An offer to reschedule is useless; I have zero confidence the firm has capacity to handle any hiccups.
Erin I.Calling to schedule an appointment was really easy, and the receptionist both times I called, were so cheery and kind. I was told the plumber would arrive between 12-2, around 120p I got a call from Plumb Right saying the plumber was on his way--that was so nice, didn't have to have a guessing game. The plumber was even wearing a mask (COVId time), which I thought was very respectful. He gave his opinion as to why I had a water leak, was upfront about the price, and got started on his work right away. The work was done on Tuesday, and I received a card in the mail from Plumb Right with everyone's signature, thanking me for choosing their company. Now that is real customer service! If I ever have any plumbing issues, they'll be the ones I call!!
