We have had numerous issues over the years at two different homes, and Eddie is ALWAYS on-time, up-front with costs and super fast when assessing and completing repairs. Tough these days to find a service this reliable and we keep his number in our phones and on the fridge. Grand Prairie is super fortunate to have him here.

Very bad first impression with an 'inquiry', just an inquiry and this man answered as if he hated to be disturbed lol. I asked for an estimate of my rental property in Grand Prairie and he focused on what he can't do; he can't do plumbing related to a jettub/ he only accepts cash and checks... what a turn off; and just the way he was talking to me( I felt like I'm the business owner and he's the customer lol
Suggestion: get someone to answer your phone who sounds more appealing for potential customers.

Any plumber out there who reads this; I'm looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, honest in your work and prices; whom we can use for all our plumbing needs.

Really bad first impression on the phone.
he answered like he just woke up; like he doesn't have a business with the phone # listed as the 'business' contact.
I need plumbing for leaks in the malater bathroom (jet tub) I think (I don't live ther; I go by what the tenants tell me; & the shared bathroom.
The man on the phone sounds very unprofessional. He focused on .. we don' do that, we want to be paid with only cash or check after the work is done
Lol I haven't hired you dude; I'm only looking right now; an estimate first maybe if we can get through the conversation first; what a turn off for just first time inquiry.
Suggestion: hire someone to talk to customers for you; you're not doing a professional job!

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

I cannot express how happy I am with my service from Plumb Reasonable. I called them this morning so stressed out because we finally got water back today from our well and our garage ceiling started to leak due to a busted pipe. This wonderful husband and wife duo came within 2 hours during their busy schedule to help us out and fixed our pipe SO fast. I will never call another plumbing company again. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and their prices are outstanding. Our ceiling ended up falling after they left due to the moisture and they came back to check on us even though there weren't any more repairs to be done because the pipes were fixed. This couple is absolutely amazing and they really care about their customers and doing work the ethical and right way. I just cannot express How happy I am with their service and I am so grateful for how good they were to us during these hard time. So relieved to have water back after almost two weeks. Fast affordable and straight to the point. Had an outside sewer line clogged. They came out quickly (they texted me to let me know they were on their way).
They unclogged it quick, charge was reasonable and all is good now.

I called at 8:00 am and they showed up by 9:15 and even called before arriving. They fixed the problem very fast and were very reasonable. Eddie came out, he was very up front about everything and gave me options and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.
