I kid you not, the other morning, I was pulling through Tim Horton's drive through at Five Mile and Merriman, and a Plumb-Pro truck cut through parking stalls in front of Dollar Tree, at top speed, and cut in front of me in line... missing my car by 3 feet. I beeped and flashed lights at driver (an older balding male). He was oblivious. These guy are a menace.

Beware- Immoral company that does not pay its creditors. They do not return calls. If something goes wrong with their work will they be available to correct it? No way. Steer clear of them. You've been warned

Call them on a Wednesday to quote a job, owner says someone will come over on Friday between 10am and noon to quote it. 2pm on Friday owner calls (no apology or anything) and says someone will call me right now. That tech says give him description of the job so he can get supplies and he will come out Saturday at 8am quote and if i like the quote do the work right then and there. Saturday no show at 8am no show at 9am, called and texted no replies. Monday comes around and 3 techs from them call me about coming to quote and do the work. I finally get someone out Monday evening and he charges me 70 dollars for the quote but says that will come off the top and he will be back at 8am the next day to do the work. 10am rolls around and he calls me to say he has another job (more important than mine) so he will be back Wednesday and gets off the phone. No call on Tuesday to say when on Wednesday he will be by. Wednesday comes around and no call no show, i call at 9am, 10am and leave voicemails with no return. So they just stole 70 dollars for 15 mins of quoting from me and ghosted me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I CANT IMAGINE HOW THE QUALITY OF WORK WILL BE, BASED OFF HOW THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES. I know COVID makes it hard to be professional now a days, or so people seem to think.......

This company is top of the line! They always answer, very prompt and very reasonable on their pricing. I have used them for basement waterproofing, and other plumbing issues I have had over the years. They are always my go to guys.
