A very quick turn around on quote, initial visit to diagnose the shower head issue and order the replacement cartridges. Michael West is fabulous with his service, communication.....and even with my dog, he asked for treats to introduce himself. Little things like that. Very competitive prices, and they have a fabulous automatic text/email procedure so you know what's going on every step of the way, distance from your house, invoice, etc.... owner responds within minutes, highly recommend them!

Lou responded the same day that I had posted my plumbing needs. He said he offered free estimates so I figured what did I have to lose? I asked him when he could come and he said the next day at 11am. I said ok. At 11:30, he was a no-show and no-call so I reached out to him and asked if he was still planning on coming. He said he would come shortly and that he gotten behind from the previous job. A call would have been nice. He came and tightened up a few things, which fixed the problem right away. I then showed him a second problem with another sink drain and he said that needed to be completely reworked and wouldn't be able to do it same-day. I showed him the replacement parts I got at Home Depot, which he quickly installed without issue. I guess the whole thing didn't need to be replaced after all. He was here for a whole 10 minutes... 15 minutes tops and I asked him what I owed him. The answer: $99. I felt robbed. No parts were needed, just a bit of labor. I wish I had been told what their labor rates were before I scheduled. I had other plumbers be honest and say their rate to come out was $50 which would be applied to any service they would perform. Needless to say, I learned my lesson on what additional questions to ask about charges and rates. As a result, I fell for a free estimate, but paid double on a rate charge.

Mike was great! Not only was his work fantastic, but he allowed me to bug him to ask questions as he was working. He was not only on time, he could have been early, however we were quite ready for him. What we thought would be a pretty simple fix that would get done in a couple hours, turned out to be a BIG project that ended up taking almost 6 hours! The entire time though Mike was a upbeat and pleasant!
Once things were finally done he cleaned up after himself and was really helpful explaining the issues of the job.

Very professional indeed. Had an issue with a clogged bathroom sink and it was taken care of along with replacing something under kitchen sink. Text received on job and communication was superb. Pricing was very fair as well. Louis did a great job clear cleaning up and fixing our problem. The owner Leo is a good guy.

After the first visit I noticed a leak and they came back and fixed it no charge by Michael.

Definitely will call again for any plumbing issues.
