We had an issue with a leaky shower. We called on Monday morning, and he was out around noon. He replaced the cylinder and the problem is fixed. While he was out he also cleaned out the washer intake filters (separate charge).

The guy was very friendly and professional. Knew what he was doing. He also recommended we flush out the hot water heater once a year. Based on what we see, that seems like good advice.

After sending them a message they were very responsive and efficient in settings up our appointment. On the day, they let us know they were on their way. Mike arrived on time. Leo has always been able to help us out, even in an emergency. We had a leaking toilet and he was able to come out that day or the next - and fixed the problem quickly. We have used Leo many times for different problems in the house. Including shower head replacements, leaking toilets, kitchen sink leaks, etc. We have never been upset when he shows up. He is very helpful and understanding and quick to respond as well.

My PRV (home water pressure/looks like a bell) started leaking a few days ago. A tiny leak. Normally I would take a wrench to it.... but I simply was unfamiliar with how this worked. Bummer :(

I called Plumb Professionals, who installed a water heater for me in 2020, and they were able to come out the next day...which was yesterday 4/6/22.

Michael was very professional, knowledgeable and nice! Answered my questions, replaced the PRV... and I immediately felt comfortable that the issue was resolved.
