Vaida R.I had Plumb Pro out for a estimate recently and found the pricing to be way overpriced! They wanted over $800 to do they same job I paid another plumbing company $275 with the same 1 year warranty. I did not have any issues with the service tech other than the quote. He was professional and nice.
Troy H.I called them when a outside faucet broke and would not shut off. Julius came out at 9pm and capped it for us for the night. He came back a few days later (our schedule couldn't be changed on our end) and fixed it with no issues. We had him quote us a price to fix a leak that another plumber could not or rather did not fix (and they used Mobile home equipment for a house). Julius came back 2 days later and fixed it right up! Oh and while he was here fixing the outside faucet, he tool over from my daughter's and helped me move a large wooden potting table onto the screened in porch. Talk about going above and beyond for good customer service! They will certainly be our plumbers for any jobs we have in the future!
