I called Plumb Pro a few of hours after Hurricane Matthew moved up the coast and we realized our water main was broken. They answered right away and scheduled me for the first morning appointment the following day - a Sunday. They wanted to come Saturday evening but couldn't because of a countywide curfew post-storm. Two plumbers came on Sunday morning and they fixed the problem quickly and at about half the cost we anticipated. We will definitely call this company again!

Justin was a great technician who was able to come out quickly when our disposal and dishwasher were not working and leaking water all over. He found the problem quickly and explained everything in detail. Would recommend 10/10

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Pro. They installed whole house water filters for 2 homes we own in Charleston. There is always a pleasant voice on the phone when you call and someone always answers. Jim is so knowledgable and professional, you can tell immediately that he has been doing plumbing work for years. Recently we had a booster pump installed by Blitch Plumbing outside our home because Jay from Blitch said it couldn't be placed inside. Jim from Plumb Pro moved the pump inside for us and now we don't have to worry about keeping it protected from the cold and rain. I should have called Plumb Pro first but I didn't know they installed booster pumps. I highly recommend using them for anything plumbing related~ they are fantastic~ thank you Jim and Plumb Pro!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have worked with this company several times during the last month. The first 3 plumbers that came to my home were fantastic and I would rate them all 5 stars. Today's plumber was not a good experience for me. He came in with attitude and everything was downhill from there. He simply was installing a sink back in the kitchen island. He refused to take the caulk off of the countertop from when it was removed. I had to contact the company and I'm guessing that he was told to remove it. Because he used silicone to adhere the sink in place, I am now left with a film that completely surrounds the sink. Because it is corian you cannot simply remove it. After calling the company to ask how I should remove it, I'm being told to contact the countertop company. What a cluster ****!!!!

plumbpro is a nightmare to me. Before service: I googled plumbing charleston: plumbpro pops up. I was told they paid a lot to be in the front. Eventually I pay for it. I called plumbpro. I was told 79 a trip but no estimate on the phone. Plumber arrived telling me 630 for a new disposal and hook up my faucet. I cannot accept the price. Later owner J. told me they charge 500 for disposal installation later, so there is an estimate or scale of charge they could have told me. Plumber J. told me disposal they carry is very good costing them more than 100. I knew it is 70-80 a piece for a regular one. Owner J. later told me their price is 7X. I was right. But he does NOT care plumber J. told me the material cost is over 100, and he told me plumber J does NOT know the price. Who lied? Plumber J also said it can be several hours work during argument about price. This is a factor that I take into consideration how much is a reasonable price. But in the end, it was 1-1.5 hour job. I feel tricked on this exaggerated several hours. Later when I met other good faith local plumbers, I was told that it is about 350 job. I cannot agree more than google and their sweet ladies each takes money. During service: I wasn't home. Quote and install rely on phone call. I missed no phone call from plumber. Plumber called me to come home and pay. I got home and paid. Plumber indicated something wrong with faucet not matching but he was able to cut plastic nuts in order to fit. I appraised and thank him for hard work. Paid in full. J. cannot talk enough about google taking a lot of money from their company. I appreciate him letting me know and I will let everybody know. Found leak: I found water in cabinet under sink within a week. I looked for the leak and found it was from under faucet. The faucet was loose. I opened up, cleaned it, took pictures as evidence and installed back and tightened everything. It does not leak any more. First Week after leak: Called plumbpro, was told by sweet lady plumbpro is going to call me back in the afternoon. Nobody called me that day. Was told to send an Email to owner J., but received no response. Called plumbpro every weekday, every sweet lady told me can do nothing but let me wait. One of the sweet ladies cut line off while I was answering her question. One whole week later, B. called me explaining that chalking is not the issue, and made an appointment another week later. First Appointment: is two weeks from leak. 23 mins before appointment, plumbpro called me saying they cannot make it , and what is worse, they don't know how late they will be! I moved to another side of town already and no longer live in that property and I have to take off 1.5 hour earlier from work to make the 5:30 appointment in rush hour. I waited 1 hour and received phone call from plumbpro saying they will be another hour later. I have a 6 month old baby, I told they I cannot wait more and I have to go home. I got another appointment another week later. Phone call from owner J: Because of the slow response and not showing up appointment. i wrote email complaining to same email address. Finally J. responded calling me which I missed his first phone call. J. also wrote an email expressing willingness to talk over the phone. Eventually our conversation happened, it was basically J talking, oh no yelling at me and told me there is nothing they will refund for poor work they did. Second appointment. owner J. canceled it for me. I called plumbpro asking them to look at their job again with great patience. Finally I got to talk lady S. who is the only person in their company that is willing to listen and explain with patience. Lady S. is very good person and I would give her 5 stars, but she works for a poor company sadly. She listened and gave me information she got, and got me a third appointment. Third appointment. Owner J. showed up. It was very surprising as this person was yelling at me over the phone several days ago. I respect him showing up, but he insisted on them doing a very good job, while it is customer providing wrong faucet for them, based on the fact that his plumber wasn't able to tighten nuts, while a customer did it himself, just further tightening it. Conclusion. Owner J. clearly expressed it was customers fault: 1. not being at home even customer answered all phone calls. 2. provided wrong faucet, even if customer is able to tighten it. They gave no refund or apology even 1. poor job done (they never admit) 2. slow response. 3 no show appointments (they only showed 3rd one) 4. owner J. yelled and made personal comment on me, the customer. Owner J. also stated that he has a piece of mind because his company won't be ran over because customer signed whatever they wrote there upon payment. Honestly I didn't look. It is all my fault. Now I agree, because after all, I called them in the beginning. So will you call PlumbPro. Think twice. I strongly wouldn't recommend.

Had a large leak in my front yard last week (10/5). Plumbpro sent a tech same day. That was great. He looked at where he 'thought' the leak was (never moved the soil to confirm) and decided I had a broken service line. He confirmed after speaking with his manager that it would be $3500 to repair it because they would need to get an excavator to dig a trench for a completely new line to be installed and connect to the source into the house. And even worse - the repair couldn't be handled for one week (10/12). So I stayed in a hotel for six nights! Coincidently, my irrigation meter was replaced last week and the company that services my system came to connect the new meter to my irrigation system today 10/11. The irrigation company repairman was curious about where the service line break was since Plumbpro 'guessed' where it was but had not searched for it. He found the exact source in 30 minutes with a bit of digging. He replaced the piece (I believe he called it a sharkbite and they run about $10) and PRESTO - leak fixed and water running again at the cost of $150 (to cover the time it took him to dig and final the actual source of the leak!!!) NOT $3500. Plumbpro tried to shake me down for this project when it could have been repaired last week with a little bit of hard work and the same level of care and curiosity that my irrigation company showed. Shame on Plumbpro. I will NEVER use them again. Charlotte A. Daniel Island

They did arrive as scheduled. It took a while for the servicemen to understand what I needed, and the pricing was exorbitant for the work.

I used these guys before and I thought they were credible but after this recent freeze storm last month, I called on them for a cracked pipe. I also called them for my mother's busted pipe and she was quoted $2500 for repairs. I also was charged $1600 for my repair. My mom being on a fixed income thought that was too high and called on another professional company which charged her $685. Wow, what a big difference in price. I feel as though I was extremely overcharged, even thou they had to cut a whole in my wall and stated that they couldn't repair that. My house was built in 2007, they also said I needed my whole house repiped and it would count me $12k. Needless to say, I won't be using them ever again. I ripped up every card with their name on it. They also had the audacity to say that there was guarantee on the work. Crazy!!!

They folks there are very friendly, but not a well run business for sure. I had an appointment for 5:00pm last week. Received a phone call around 5:30 saying they were running behind and have no idea when they could come. I just wanted a quote to replace my kitchen sink. I asked because it was a simple request if I could take some photos and get a quote that way. The lady on the phone checked and said sure, and she would send them over to the technicians. I took several photos of every part of the sink and sent them in immediately. I never heard back. I called on Monday, just to find out, they don't give quotes from photos? Well that was pointless. So she made another appointment for someone to come on Wednesday. They arrived a little later than the appointment time. The tech came in, looked at the sink, and immediately said """"we don't install under counter sinks"""" I was like... whaaaat? I sent them photos, you would think that's something they could've told me in the beginning. He stated they never have installed under counter sinks. Such a waste of his and my time. While I see a lot of high reviews for this company, they don't seem to know what one department is doing to the next. I would not recommend using them in the future. They're more of a hassle than a help.

Call Plumb Pro the night before and gave them my problem and address. They said they were called the next morning after eight and they called me and within 30 minutes they were here on the job to solve my problems not only did they do a good job but they did a very very good follow-through on all several points of inspection and follow up Technicians were very very good and very interested in solving all of my problems. Several of the things they did prove valuable to me ( unlike my last experience with another company ) Plumb Pro really did the job and exceeded my expectation of what I was getting. And would have cost more with another company.
