Melanie R.I found this company via a discussion board. I called Plumb Pro first thing in the morning and someone was over in less than an hour. The pipe holding the shower head broke and if you turn on the water it leaked to the downstairs. Since I only had one shower it was very important to get this fix ASAP. The guy tried to save me money by fixing it without cracking my tile wall but it was impossible so he took out only 4 tiles and fixed my pipe. He went out and got me a nice shower head. The guy was great who fixed my pipe and the price was fair. The fact that he tried to save me money showed me that this company does not believe in banking on peoples misfortunes.
C C.I called this company to simply replace two toilet handles and was charged almost $200!!!! The guys they sent to fix it was really nice. But the owner is a robber! Save your money and find a more reasonable priced plumber.
