We've had occasion to need a plumber 3 times in the past few months. Chose Plumb out of our neighborhood booklet on recommended contractors and have not been disappointed. All three techs have been prompt, skilled and knowledgeable. The one semi-emergency was taken care of very promptly. A solid company!

Not thrilled with how fulfilled their promise to ""take care of everything"" for my elderly mother, who paid them top dollar for their incomplete services. They opened the walls in several areas of her home, to replace plumbing. They provided a paper that says wall repairs will be made within 5 days, but wrote it as an exclusion in the contract. Very misleading. They want to charge you additionally to repair the walls. Who does business like this? They provide an over the phone ""estimate"" without checking the scope of the project onsight, and that becomes the contracted amount, not an ""estimate"" at all. Again, who does business like that? Their final invoice lacks breakdown of materials, labor, etc. Make sure that they turn your hot water heater back on, and turn your water back on to your house before they leave, or you will have to call them back out to finish their job....

I recently called Plumb Plumbing to fix a few items in my kitchen. I was checking underneath the kitchen sink after the plumber had finished, and I noticed that the base board in the cabinet (where he had been working) was broken. I asked the plumber about it, and he admitted that it had broken while he was working.

This was odd, the guy was not going to tell me that he broke it until I noticed something.

Anyways, I had the plumber call his boss, because if a worker breaks something, I feel they or their company should replace it. The boss took a look at the broken base board and determined that because it was not plywood (the correct type of material in his opinion), he would not be replacing it. I told him that the type of material is irrelevant. What is important, as I explained to him, is that companies have integrity and do the right thing. I told him quite clearly that he could do the right thing by having his company fix the base board which was broken by one of his employees, or do the wrong thing by doing nothing. He responded by telling me he would not fix it.

Plumb Plumbing has shown a lack of integrity by treating a customer this way. I will personally never reach out to them again for any future work, and would recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

We used Plumb Plumbing to replace our all of our natural gas lines after Southwest Gas detected a leak. They had the best estimate and did great work in very hot weather without any complaints. They made sure that they addressed all of our concerns and we passed the city inspectiopproval on the first try.

I have used many other plumbers before, but I have FINALLY found a company that is very reasonable AND does the work stated with efficient effective quality. If there's any other surprise findings, it is explained intelligibly with options provided. No more saving up all the jobs a plumber might correct just to be worth the service call! They are affordable and reliable - amazing!!!

I've had a reoccurring problem for the last year where my toilet randomly floods my bathroom. Had about 8 plumbers come out in the last year and a half and none of them have every solved the real problem. Yesterday Joe came to look at my toilet since it was doing the same thing again. He was the first person to ever take apart the toilet and figure out what was going on directly underneath. He had managed to pull pounds of gunk and tree roots out of my pipes! He replaced parts and was patient and nice throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately I'm moving next week, but at least I get to enjoy a stress free toilet for a week!

Recently had a few repairs done. Faucet. Toilet and more! Whew. Water water. So I have been fortunate to work with Plumb many times over the years and recommend them to many other people. First met them for polybutylene replacement and have been so pleased with the quality of work. The workmanship. The honestly. Reliability. And so much more. Prices are usually reasonable.

I know when I get an opinion from Plumb Plumbing it is true to word and worth.

The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the actual plumbing work is great. The house inspector for our re-pipe job was impressed with the quality of the work. Joey was super friendly and helpful in our estimate. The main problem is customer service. If you have a problem and have to deal with Vicki be prepared for someone who couldn't care less about you or your experience. Their drywall sub was scheduled to come to our home on Tuesday however when we went after work nobody had shown up nor was a phone call placed to us as to why. When Vicki was questioned her excuse is they're a 3rd party so not our fault and she was on vacation Monday and Friday (what this has to do with Tuesday I'll never know). We were told they'd be out on Wednesday & the job would be finished Wednesday but that wasn't true either. We were notified that they had to come Thursday to complete the work and we'd be finished on Thursday. After I called Vicki out of frustration all she reiterated to me was ""Sorry but I've already told your husband this.."". How condescending to not even speak to me or try to be sympathetic to the situation. I'm a customer just as my husband is and deserve the same respect. After a circle of empty sorry's and letting her know I'd never recommend them again (she got agitated at that but just said fine like she didn't care) I hung up. She then proceeded to email my husband a passive aggressive email to try to ""tattle"" to him about our phone call. Turns out her statements about our phone calls were lies and my husband knew exactly what I had said. There is a paragraph where she cites what she told him and it was a lie as well. He has her prior email which states otherwise. Save yourself some headache and just pay a little more money to get actual customer service. It's terrible because the work was great but I'm beyond excited to be done with Vicki and this company. I'll never use them again & tell everyone I know to NOT use them and go elsewhere.

Plumb Plumbing has worked on plumbing at my house twice in the last year and both times I felt their assessment of the problem and their repairs were fair and honest.

Both times Jesse was the plumber dispatched to our house and he is a super nice guy who keeps you informed as to what he finds. He provides reasonable advice on how he should proceed and never once did I feel like any work performed was unnecessary.

I highly recommend Plumb Plumbing for their honest and timely service and reasonable repair costs.

This is my second time with Plumb Plumbing. It's hard to get contractors to come to my RV Resort because many of the jobs are small. They are amazing. They come when they say they will come and each time discussed with me the best and least inexpensive options. They don't try to force expensive repairs on you. I'm so happy to have a plumber that I can trust!
