Awesome service! Josh was willing to work with our weird schedules and come to the house after work to look at our water heater. Our tank was leaking from the top. Called Josh at Plumb & Plumber who we used when we were having an issue with a smell from the dish washer, which he fixed. He was there the next day, earlier than expected and was in and out in no time, new 50gal tank, ALL new fitting, a work of art. Of course, I could have done it myself, but it would have cost about the same and would not have looked nearly as professional, and now it's worry free! Nice job Josh! and THANKS!!

Contracted Josh to rough in basement bathroom. Consisted of installing a sewage pump, run cold/hot water lines to shower, toilet and vanity. Cold/Hot water lines installed successfully. No Issues. Sewage Pump installation - Plumber routed sewage pump incorrectly to a vent thinking it was a sewage drain and then charged me 200 bucks extra since he had to tie in to main sewage pump. Everyone makes mistakes put I don't think I had to pay extra for his mistake. Bathtub installation - He notified me that the new tub had some dings and scratches by sending me pictures and then advising me to come an look at them in person. He recommended either getting new tub or having a tub guy sand the tub. I agreed to have the tub tech sand the new tub and attempt to buff out tub. While inspecting the final walkthrough before Josh left, I notice that the tub was very close to toilet 13 inches, to pass inspection I need 15 in of clearance from tub to toilet. He installed s 32 inch tub and instead of telling me about the issue he went ahead and installed it. I wish he would have let me know about the issue just has he did with the damage tub, but he did not and went with it. He gave me a new quote to reset tub and order smaller tub for an additional 500 bucks. By this time I was done overall with plumb and plumber. I decided to keep the original tub and ask Josh to remove the tub and leave the bath tub prep for the next plumber. Overall I think the project could have gone a lot smoother, but this was the outcome of my experience with Plumb and Plumber. I hope he learned from his mistakes and makes him a better plumber overall.
