I had a letter from PUD suggesting that I might have a leak. Cory was here on time. He reseated our toilets and checked outside faucets. He was courteous, efficient, and thorough. I'm keeping their card handy for future use if needed.

Great service and professionalism. This is the second time I have used PP, and I feel like it was a relative who came over. The first time, we had a minor problem with a largely defunct system called Manabloc. They were great at getting the parts, and their labor was more than reasonable. This time, I had a leak in my kitchen faucet hose. Cameron came out to assess and advised me the Moen faucets had lifetime warranty. Moen was superb, and is putting it in the mail immediately with a reasonable charge for overnight expedited delivery. What else can you ask for. I have had experience with Patriot plumbing where it was very clear that they loved the sound of their cash register, and less at doing the right thing. So, I no longer need a plumber's phone number. Plumb Perfect is our choice!

Our experience overall with PlumbPerfect was excellent and we will use them again as the need arises. They plumbed in a whole house water filter (we supplied the filter) that included intake and output to water main and a tie into the the drain pipes. The work was carefully and professionally done, very neat, works as expected. Price was fair and more reasonable than other bids. Matt and Cameron are friendly and helpful and clearly strive to do it right and they succeed. We liked working with a smaller family business, Only glitches were in communication (responses not always timely or proactive) and scheduling (job rescheduled a couple of times) - but given COVID and other challenges of these times, understandable. Bottom line - great job and worth the wait. If we could give 4.5 stars on yelp, we would.

Plumb Perfect came highly recommended, so I called to schedule an estimate for repairs and replacements. Cameron was wonderful, and we had a great discussion on the phone about the issues I was experiencing. He was very informative without making me feel ignorant.
On the scheduled day, Cameron arrived ready to go. We spoke further about my specialized needs due to my disabilities before he proceeded to thoroughly check out the multiple areas that needed to be addressed. Afterwards, we discussed his findings, suggestions, and my opinions. He really took the time to explain things to me. He was confident but not arrogant.
As he was leaving, he told me that he would email the estimate the next day. The FREE two-page estimate was on time, very thorough, included many helpful additional notes, and several separated bids to give me options and allow for unforeseen issues. He even had suggestions for the additional contractors needed to completely finish the jobs.
I have now scheduled the date for the work to be done. I am very excited to move forward. Although I am certain that I will be extremely happy with the results, I will update after all is finished.
FYI: I had another recommended local competitor come out and do an estimate too. Six days later, I received an invoice in my mailbox for $146.34 (fee discussed in advance) with an estimate typed on it that consisted of one long vague sentence that did not even address all of the work. The estimated cost was not separated out either-just one number. When contacted, the receptionist seemed annoyed and said the owner would call me. I have never received that call.

This last weekend we had some plumbing issues (worse nightmare)!

On Monday, I called Matt at Plumb Perfect, he was very reassuring on the phone and told me he would have his team out to our house in a couple of hours.

They showed up at the time promised!

The two young men (Matt and Justin) were very Professional, Kind, and extremely knowledgeable of what was going on.

They were also very calming for me, they explained everything in detail as to what they were doing and how to take care of things in the future.

I am extremely thankful for Plumb Perfect!

I will definitely be using them again! We were expecting to pay a lot of money to have this fixed, I was surprised at how comparable the prices are. And thankfully, I didn't have to get a loan to get the job done!

Beth Ann and Reid left reviews because they are family and friend. That's fraud. Should report to yelp. Here's a real review. Over priced. Slow to perform and rude plumbers. Stay clear!!! They advertise on radio but don't be fooled by their ads.
