WARNING!!! Using this company can endanger the lives of you and your family! This company cuts corners and has a complete lack of care for the safety of their customers and families.
We had a tankless water heater installed by these people in 2017, and turns out, they did not glue in the exhaust vent, and the vent itself was not even long enough the go out the roof (possible back drafting of exhaust/ carbon monoxide poisoning risk). This comes a month after a family of 4 were killed from carbon monoxide poisoning due to a dislodged exhaust vent- probably bc who ever installed it did not glue it in (like plumb perfect did with ours). That is the most shocking part of my experience with plumb perfect due to the safety hazard. The other part was having to spend $1200 to correct the poor installation from fitting/ connections that are prone to failure- which apparently another former plumb perfect customer experienced with house flooding. (Another 1 star review here on yelp) also note- the fittings/connections they used are banned/ outlawed by other national/ highly reputable plumber companies. Not to mention- they significantly overcharged me on the tankless water heater and installation.
It is shocking that this company is still operating. Their work was extremely poor and in our situation- down right dangerous. I will be filing a complaint with the Texas State board of plumbing examiners against Frank Stephen Crixell MPL #38040, Crixell Enterprises LLC. DBA plumb perfect. We will also be considering legal action to recoup the $1200 cost of correcting the poor installation.
When I called, I spoke to a woman who gave me an ( unfortunate, but ultimately) excuses/ sob story about how her and her husband were filing for a divorce/ bankruptcy, and that if I would have just called they would have to have examined (as if tying to infer I was not telling the truth- I have pictures and invoices, as well as the plumber that had to fix your horrible work) and they would have fixed it for free. I told her there is no way I would let any of your plumbers touch anything in my home after what happened here. Not to mention- It was over the weekend, I had called the plumb perfect company line and the cell of the initial installing plumber and got no answer. Due to the severity of the safety hazard, it needed to be corrected immediately. She also told me good luck on getting back the $1200 for correcting their dangerous work. When I told her I would be filing the complaint with the state plumbers examiners, she proceeded get belligerent and act like it doesn't matter since the company is closing. Don't let them manipulate you into thinking "it doesn't matter" or "good luck". The Masters plumber license (#38040, Frank Crixell) will follow them, even when they eventually start a new plumbing company. Just because you file for bankruptcy or close the company (probably because the work and service you provided was poor, if not hazardous) does not mean you have no responsibility for your work.
Stay away from this company, and if they have done an install for you- please check that your exhaust vent is properly glue/ secured in place.

BEWARE! They do not stand behind their work. We paid Steve Crixell over $400.00 for his service visit to repair our clogged washing machine drain. Steve ran a quick rinse and spin cycle for about 2 mins and said everything was working fine. The next morning I ran a full load of clothes and the drain backup. The clog was still there. We called and left a message with Steve he never returned the call. We emailed Steve with no response. We ended up emailing again and called several more times with not response from Plumb Perfect/Steve. We ended up unclogging the drain ourselves. Steve finally answered a call but said he would check into a refund and get back with us. He still has not returned the phone call or refunded our money! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!!!!

PLUMB PERFECT has been our 'perfect' plumber for several years. Recently we had main line stoppage at our home. They were courteous and efficient in taking care of our plumbing problems. From the time Michelle answered our call and Tanner arrived with text announcing his arrival in a very timely fashion. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend this company. The owners, Steve and Lisaann run a clearly outstanding business minded professionals. A TEN STAR COMPANY!

BEWARE! Cheated me by replacing a water heater when all I needed was to have the pilot light re-lit.

Do not use!! Outrageous prices!! They just charged me $300 for a job that took less than 30 mins and a part I could have bought at Lowe's for like $20. Got a quote after from another plumber for $165. I feel I was completely taken advantage of. Will never use again.

This business Is HONEST and has INTEGRITY!!!
I would highly recommend Plumb Perfect to my friends and family, and REQUEST TANNER!
My wife and I just bought a home in Spring, TX. The home was built in 1971, and did not have a washer/dryer included. We installed a new washer and ran the first load of wash.
The washroom and kitchen sinks backed up with dirty water. Initially, when I described the issue to Lisaann the owner, she thought that it was broken sewer line because of the dirt in the water.
This was on a weekend, and the owners of Plumb Perfect were at regional sporting event for their daughter but took time to send Tanner Rokohl to fix the issue.
Tanner came and analyzed the problem, then suggested doing a 3000 psi power flush. He did not think it was a broken line. Tanner is extremely knowledgeable, honest, sincere, and loves his work. Tanner took time and explained why he advised us to do the power flush.
He did the flush & it worked!
This is a situation where we could have been taken advantage of and sold a sewer line re-pipe at considerably more money.
We are grateful for using Plumb Perfect, a business with honesty & integrity.

PLUMB PERFECT, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Plumb Perfect installed a Navian 240A water heater in our home 7 years ago. Lisa Ann sold us on the product by saying it was the "Rolls Royce of water heaters". WRONG! We have had nothing but problems with this water heater ever since. We have constantly had to have this water heater serviced for, pilot light issues, the hot water cycles off constantly, water seal leaks, etc. Plumb Perfect has made a fortune on service calls. Just 7 months ago Plumb Perfect made another service call because the unit wasn't producing hot water. This was the most recent $450 service call. Today, we've had a major water leak from the water heater that has flooded the ceiling of our home. Water was pouring out of the bottom of the Navien water heater. We frantically made an emergency call to Lisa Ann and Steve at Plumb Perfect. Lisa Ann took our emergency call and said that a technician would contact us to fix the leak. After 2 hours we heard nothing. My wife called back to inquire about the service call status. Lisa Ann commented that she didn't like my wife tone so she was going to cancel the service call, good luck your on your own. What kind of a business operates in such a manner? We have since contacted a plumbing service and a water damage restoration company in the Woodlands who promptly responded. We strongly recommend that you stay away from Plumb Perfect in Houston TX. They will sell you a bill of goods, then charge you a fortune year after year to fix the poor products they install. When the system completely fails or creates major damage in your home, they will conveniently dismiss themselves from the disaster by ignoring your calls. Good luck ignoring the subpoena Plumb Perfect.

Completely replumbed our house without regard or respect to the mess they made while working. Also had to call them back 3-4 times to make things right that they done the first time. Horrible experience and I would not recommend.

Came to fix and not install faucet, I had parts from only distributor. Ruben, plumber said nothing about my parts wrong or not warranty. His own paperwork says I was not satisfied yet company won't come back. Got refund for labor and not trip charge. Rip
Off. Need new plumber

They rescheduled me three times. I told them I just needed preventative maintenance on my Navien water heater. I was quoted a 49.50 fee. When the guy finally came the charge was an additional $150 for the maintenance. When he was finishing up I pointed out fresh (new within the time he arrived) water stains on my downstairs ceiling. He said "not, my problem, I didn't do it, it's probably the A/C" and left. Had my HVAC guy check that same day-it was the sink where the a/c drains plugged. Told me a plumber could have told me that in a few minutes. Awfully sad I didn't have a plumber there that day :(
