I would definitely recommend Plumb Perfect Plumbing. Plumb Perfect Plumbing is probably the most consistent and efficient company I have used. From the initial call to the services received they were easy to work with. Service technician Shane walked me through what he was going to do and the pricing. He was very professional and followed all COVID protocols. Much appreciated Plumb Perfect Plumbing.

Two visits to fix a problem with a leaky toilet. Charged me for the first repair that did not fix the issue, then charged for the second repair.... we'll see if it's actually fixed this time.

Asked plumber who came to replace a hot water heater if the company carries two types that were highly rated by an independent third party. No, he said, they are not good ones. Only provided a 6-year warranty (instead of 12, as recommended), price was $600 MORE than competitor ($500 with a whopping discount). Thanks but no thanks.

Good customer service all around. The woman who took my call was nice and scheduled an appointment on the same day I called. The plumber showed up in the scheduled time frame. He quickly diagnosed my issues and gave a clear and accurate quote. Everything was done correct and I was very happy with the service. I will definitely use PPP for future plumbing needs.

Came out the next day from calling them for a leak which happened to be the toliet. Was fixed properly but thought it very pricey for what was done and that was with a discount. Don't know if I will call again for the price was steep but everything else was good.

We had an emergency with one of our tenants water heater. The technician was there very quickly and assessed the situation. He contacted me immediately and gave me a run down of the problem, solution and cost estimate. Since it was a Sunday, he couldn't get a new hot water heater that day. He put a temporary fix on the problem and scheduled a day that he Would come back with the new heater. He did exactly what he said he would do. The only negative I would say is that his original estimate was off about $600 because he didn't examine the hot water heater enough to realize there was a venting issue that would cost more money. I called 6 plumbers that morning and either they didn't answer their phones or they couldn't make it that day. This company was awesome. I definitely recommend them!

After removing our toilet to swap out the wax seal (leaking), I found the base-ring was cracked; needing to be replaced... something I wasn't comfortable doing myself. The company rep did a great job, but the standard (fixed) labor cost was over inflated, considering what was done, which took only 30 minutes to accomplish. I understand hiking up the price due to being somewhat of a environmental hazard, but $500 (seriously?).
