There was a pipe rattling in the walls. Called and had them come out. They got there fast and were very professional. I had used them one time prior. I just felt that $200.00 to replace the inside of the toilet was a bit much and that was with a military discount. I injured my hand or upon finding out what was wrong I would have done the work myself. I understand overhead etc., but I could have bought the parts for around$30.00.

It was not fun waking up to find soaked carpet and water leaking from the second floor to the first floor of the house. I called Plumb Perfect once I realized that the previous plumber I used had gone out of business. A technician was dispatched and at he house within an hour and was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. He fixed the problem quickly and explained the charges before starting work. I was impressed with their professionalism and expertise. Would definitely use them again.

Had Plumb Perfect to my house for an estimate. While I have not used them before, they seemed professional and capable. However, the estimate they provided was over the top crazy...their estimate was more than $350/hr just for labor. Should have realized they would be out of the ballpark expensive when they asked for a fee to estimate the job.

After hearing and seeing how well they treated Krispy Kreme I thought I would give them a shot in my Property Management. they told me to pay $29 when he arrives, I was prepare to do that, but he wanted another $169 to walk in the house and find the problem- so that is 200 before anything would start...they may work well with Commercial Companies but not with small companies or individuals, you need to have the funds to get them off the driveway to see what the problem is. I will stay with my plumbers.

I needed a water valve replaced. They wanted $375 which included amilitary discout. I paid the $29 estimate fee and sent them on their way. That's highway robbery!!
