I needed a plumber for an emergency repair and other companies would only offer me appointments several days out. I called Plumb Perfect Plumbing and they were happy to assist. They sent a plumber to my home within a few hours. Thomas called when he was enroute and when he and Johnny arrived they were friendly and extremely professional. They treated my home with respect. After explaining my problem they diagnosed and recommended a solution immediately. We agreed on the repair and they got to work. In less that 30 minutes, everything was back in working order. I definitely recommend Plumb Perfect Plumbing to anyone looking for honest courteous professionals to assist with their plumbing needs.

I needed a water valve replaced. They wanted $375 which included amilitary discout. I paid the $29 estimate fee and sent them on their way. That's highway robbery!!

This company states on their Yelp profile that they will give you a quote for the job, so I described the issue in great detail and emailed them. They replied immediately ... but not with a quote. Instead they said they would assess a service charge for coming to my house, and they would only provide a quote once they looked things over. Very deceitful. I emailed them about the false advertising and they just deleted my conversation.

My house was built in the late 70s, which means that the plumbing from the kitchen has about 50 years of grease build-up. My pipe clogs about once a year, and I always call Plumb Perfect. Not only do they get everything flowing again, but they also go the extra mile to clearly explain what the problem is and identify approaches to try and prevent or prolong the next clog from reoccurring. They're always very clean and polite.

The service provided by the technician from plumb perfect was outstanding. Very through and cleanly while performing the work (no complaint there whatsoever). He went above and beyond to ensure raw sewage was not splattered around my house. My complaint is concerning the price. The price was so far beyond fair it was incredible. Even with a 20% discount it was way more expensive. Save yourself some money and call Alexander and Sons Plumbing.

Mr. Scott and Mr. Joseph answered an emergency service request for a water pipe freezing and breaking in our home. For installing a dishwasher and plumbing under the sink I was told it would be $1040!!! That was more than I could afford and when I told the plumber that he quickly dropped 300 off the price quote. I ended up getting the job done by another company for under $500. I am out $29.99 for the price quote and do not plan to call them again.

As long as this company services my area I will never use another plumber! They were able to come out within a day and troubleshoot the issue I was having in the shower. Scott started with the basic fixes and when that didn't work then went to having to replace the entire shower faucet. He was able to come out the very next afternoon and complete the job. Pricing was reasonable and company is very responsive and proactive in keeping you aware of appointment windows and the tech that is coming out. A+++
