Had a plumbing issue on a Friday night 430-5 pm called no answer hug up but to my surprise I got a cll back from plumb perfect , explain my issues and with in 10 minutes the guy who called me back came over and was able to stabilize the issue. This was so great since I would not had water thru the weekend. Very happy with this plumbing service

First time they came they were late. They took out the old sink and vanity. Joe said thr would be back Monday morning between 8 & 9. Well 9;30 came and we finally called. Oh we will be there in 2 or 3 hours. Needless to say we cancelled and installed the sink ourselves. Horrible customer service

My kitchen drain clogged and leaked underneath, flooding the kitchen. I showed the plumber and told him that the pipe was leaking. He told me it was fine and snaked the drain. Three weeks later the same drain clogged, leaked, and flooded my kitchen. I called a different plumber who said there was a hole drilled in the pipe and it had been covered with tape. The second plumber replaced the damaged pipe, used a chain snake to fully clean out the pipe and charged me less money. I called to request a refund and was told that they had done nothing wrong. This is the second time that I have called Plumb Perfect and both times the result was water all over my floors due to the plumber's error. I do not recommend them.

Had service performed in July, charged for the exact same amount In September for the service ghat was performed in July. I have contacted this business and was told that the owner was away, that was Sept 28, 2020. Today is Oct 7, 2020 and I was told that they could not have double chatged me since the invoice was dated July. I e mailed them the statement with double charge, still have not made it right.

Also, the work was done in July and I had to call the next da tv to have them come fix the pipes that they installed the day prior since they were leaking.

I have never had a bad experience with this company until this happened

Couldn't turn off water at curb called them within no time Tom was there to turn it off for me. Later he gave me a diagnosis and estimate of repairs for broken water line. Even though I didn't go with them for the repairs (neighbor came over said he'd fix it) still recommend them for their professionalism, pride of service, thoughtfulness and promptness.

Main water pipe from below ground to house shut off valve had developed a pin hole leak. Called after five o'clock to leave a message that services were needed as soon as possible and reached a person who took information and offered emergency service or wait until first thing next day.
Next day Rick showed up on time and fixed the leak to what I could see was an awesome job. Price was actually a few dollars below what I expected and what I was charged for same problem years before.
Plumb Perfect is a good one!

I'm So disappointed with the service from Plumb Perfect Plumbling because we use to use TNTplumbling services in Lompoc before with the same problem we got charge $70. But this time I decided to use Plumb Perfect Plumbling and we got charged $270. With my husband told him the problem is in the garage but he fix some where else and can't fix it then he have to go to garage then take him 2 hrs to clear drain for $270. Please rethink again and make sure you not get over charge. I have to work 2 day to get that money and take him 2 hrs to get my money.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! My mom was very happy with Phil, he was friendly and fixed the leak very fast! The best part is, he didnt overcharge her like the other plumbing companies have done in the past! Thanks again, we will definitely be repeat customers!
