I had a leak in the upstairs master bathroom that leaked into the pantry below. I contacted my Homeowner's Insurance Company and they gave me a few names of local plumbers. I decided to call Plumb Perfect and they came out to assess and provide an estimate. During the walk through for the estimate 2 men came out and said ""oh, it shouldn't take too long, and it's just a small piece that needs to be changed out. It's an easy fix"" Their estimate ended up being $585.00 flat (they did not provide a break down for the cost of the repair) I submitted the estimate to my Insurance Co. who then requested an itemized invoice for the cost of the repair. Plumb Perfect then sent me an invoice that was $480 for Labor, (stating that the repair would take 6 hours at $80 per hour) $25 for drywall, and about almost $80 for materials and taxes, however the new invoice read $582 and some change. It never got to exactly $585 as they had previously quoted me. (I think they were definitely stretching to try to get to the original estimate amount of $585 since they THOUGHT my insurance was paying and not me) Long story short, my Insurance Co denied my claim for the repair, but I obviously needed it done. So I scheduled an appointment. The Plumber came 20 min late. (I timed him since they quoted me SIX HOURS of labor at $80 per hour and I wanted to make sure he actually utilized all 6 hours since I was paying out of pocket. After 30 min of work, the plumber says that he forgot something back at the shop and would be back. He was gone exactly 30 min. When he came back (from what was probably his break), he didn't have anything with him. No part. No tool, nothing. So he's in the pantry for another 10 min and then he says ""Okay, I am done"" and leaves. Right away I contact the Plumb Perfect Office to let them know to adjust my invoice since the Plumber wasn't even there 2 hours, after they had quoted me SIX HOURS. The lady I spoke to said ""Sure, okay no problem. I will adjust when the plumber gets back in the office and I will call you later with an adjusted invoice price."" She never called me. I called and called to pay my bill and was told ""oh we will get back to you."" So I called again and the same lady I spoke to the first time said ""oh yes, your price is still $585"" I said No, I am not paying that. You guys quoted me $480. for six hours of labor not less than 2 and the guy was late 20 min and gone for 30. This is ridiculous. She said ""Well, I'm sorry but that's the price. Are you contesting it?"" Uh...YES. I am contesting it. So finally a guy named Phil calls me and I explain what is going on. He said that the $585 was a contracted price and that I needed to pay it. I said listen, I never signed a contract. Your estimate was mostly for TIME---I refuse to pay for six hours of labor when it was actually less than 2...AND your guy was 20 minutes late and left my house for 30 MINUTES....I am not paying for his smoke break. After much more headache than what I can even explain, of the back and forth, having to go to the office several times, Phil said that he would accept $285. I said ""You know what I am done with this mess and I will pay you the $285 even though there was only a few minutes of actual Labor, about $10 for a part, and no $25 drywall was used, I will pay you what you're asking and make sure I YELP about this experience and tell my friends, my family, my co-workers to never ever use Plumb Perfect. Since this is just bad business and horrible customer service. Also fraudulent since you thought my Insurance Co would be paying your over-estimate of repairs."" Phil said: ""OH, so you're gonna do that to me, even after I'm giving you a discount?!"" Are you kidding me????! Anyway, stay away from this business.

The guy came out and was there only 20 minutes. He said he snaked the clogged shower. He told me it was unable to be unplugged and thought it was a busted pipe. I was charged $100. I got another plumber out and he snaked the shower and got it unplugged. No broken pipe at all!! I called the company to complain and see about why their plumber was unable to fix the problem. This company was a big rip off!! I recommend not to go here.

After a laundry room incident, a Plumb Perfect Plumbing serviceman told us after being at our house for less than 5 minutes, that the issue was not plumbing related and there was nothing for him to do. He told us since he was at our house for less than 5 minutes, there would be no charge.
We received a bill for $90, and we called to explain the responding serviceman told us there would be no charge. The office worker who took the call said she would look into the matter and call us back. That never happened.
The itemized bill listed $15.00 for a Trip Charge. We think that is a reasonable charge, and do not dispute it. However, Plumb Perfect Plumbing charged us $75 for, ""Advised owner to call an appliance repair shop.""
I would not recommend hiring a company who tells customers, ""We can't help you. You need to call someone else. That will be $75."" Good work if you can get it.

Arrived on time to unclog the bathroom shower. Took 20 mins to unclog for $100. After getting home, I found the sink in the bathroom was now clogged. Called the next morning, plumber was an hour late to unclogged the sink. Another $100.
I recommend you check nearby sinks and showers before these guys leave to be sure nothing else gets stopped up as a result of their service.

Best service ever. Was able to accommodate my urgent repair by going out of their way to schedule me in even to the point of sending out someone for overtime work. The fix was spot on. Very pleased.

Since I moved to the area about eight years ago, I have called this company from time to time to help me when I had plumbing jobs of one kind or another. I can't recall a time when they did not do exactly what they said they would do. Every time the did a job for me they showed up when they said they would show up, and the work they did fixed the problem. This is what you call - in the very best of respects - a company with an old-fashioned work ethic, and with old-fashioned values. I will continue to call on them whenever I need plumbing help!

after being less than satisfied with our last plumber we decided to try out Plumb Perfect. The plumber arrived on time ready to work. I had two drains that needed snaking. He did a thorough job and charged $130 which is much less than if I had called twice. One of the drains still backed up a bit after he left and he returned that same day and put in nearly an hour of extra work and charged us nothing. That's good service in my book. I wish he didn't have to return but he fixed the problem with no fuss.
