A shout out to Robert, who is the by far and away the perfect plumber, or at least the best plumber I've ever encountered! We've been using Plumb Perfect for the past 12 years, ever since moving to WLA from Culver City. Robert was recommended by our next door neighbor. We've used his services multiple times for big and small projects, and you will never find a more conscientious, meticulous, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable plumber in the business. I wouldn't take the time to write this review if I didn't sincerely believe that Plumb Perfect/Robert is a choice you should seriously consider if you need plumbing services.

I can see why Robert's business is named Plumb Perfect...he was meticulous and incredibly neat as he removed and replaced a water heater in my house. He not only replaced the old water heater but he left the space cleaner than when he got there...vacuuming out the ceiling vent, using a drop cloth to keep his tools from scratching the washing machine, and breaking down the big cardboard box and putting it all in my recycle bin. Plus he hauled away the old water heater. Thank you, Robert!

Robert is a fantastic plumber ! He takes his time and makes zero mistakes. He is very methodical and actually has just a few inches of extra pipe at the end of the project because he calculates super close. No waste! He describes to you what he wants to do and then gets your input and then gets the job done. He gives you a few options on how to fix the issue and the future pros and cons of each option. His prices are very reasonable. No surprises...

He replaced my water main under less than desirable circumstances and did a seamless job. He injured himself pretty good because of a mess that I had (hit his head pretty hard and lost a chunk of hair in the process) and stopped for a minute and then muscled though the pain and continued the project with a bloody head.

Super good guy and shows up on time and works late...he barely even stops to eat...very hard worker.

My neighbor commented ""wow"", that looks awesome, I should do that also.
