My friend recommended Plumb Perfect as I had a clogged kitchen sink as she said they did a great job with her clogged kitchen sink too. Was able to get an appointment the following day. They sent Chris and Andrew who arrived on time ! The job took longer than expected because of the grease and grime over the years plus the way the pipes were laid. Chris and Andrew snaked much further than required to ensure every thing was cleared of the grime. They were polite, brought a cover for the floor to ensure their equipment did not damage the floor and cleaned up after the job. Plumb Perfect will be the to go plumber for me ! Ah .... the power of word of mouth !

0 reviews mentioning ""I hired Plump Perfect to replace a food disposer and a toilet seat. I was quoted just under $300. The work took 4 weeks to complete and I called 4 times to talk to Dave. When the work was completed I got a bill for over $1200. I called to ask why so much and was told that they had to send 3 guys to cut the bolts from the toilet seat the toilet. They did not want to damage the toilet. It would have cost me hundreds of $ less if they had replaced the toilet. I would caution you to be very careful when you use them""

I would call Dave at Plumb Perfect again for any plumbing issues. Very knowledgable and smart. We communicated by phone/text and he kept me updated when to expect him.
It worked really well sending photos of the situation so your plumber can be as prepared as possible.
Dave brought all the parts needed to correct a bad PVC pipe install that has plagued us with leaking and poor drainage for years. A joint actually came apart and we were desperate to get our sink up and running again. Dave was able to come the next day and we now have sturdy, gleaming metal pipes and I can easily retrieve something lost down the drain in the u-bend - LOL.

in the past years Dave has gone more big time with employees and vans and bookkeeper.. nice that he can grow, he deserves it. 2 guys who came were nice. doing the snake. but it was X 2 on the labor cost, when it is usually only one person needed/used.
conveniently right down town. no one seemed to know how to tighten./secure the wobbly faucet kitchen that had been installed by them prior. still wobbly.

Dave, the owner of Plumb Perfect, came to my rescue one Sunday afternoon, a mere two hours after I called him. Our laundry drain was clogged and our laundry room was awash in yucky water. While apologizing for unleashing more water as he unclogged the drain, he gave me tips for how to avoid this again. He's now my go-to plumber.

This is NOT a review for service but the office or home office.
I just called & as per their office hours they're open but a teenage sounding person picked up & said their office hours are M-F only; hanged-up & now I am looking for someone who has things (website/phone/everything) aligned for their business, if they're serious about it.

Dave is the last honest plumber. He'll tell you the truth, talk realistically about the options, and charge you the same for that water heater or leak fix if you're a pensioner on a fixed income, or a venture capitalist in the hills above Cupertino (which I've said was dumb, but Dave won't change his morals for a few bucks). Why? Because he's fair. And he's genuine. Heck, he'd help you get your cat out of a tree (no charge). Don't be fooled by the ads and fancy trucks. Plumb Perfect is all you need in a real, honest plumber.

Being in real estate sales for 27+ years, I have had numerous interactions with many sub-contractors. Dave at Plumb Perfect came to our house to help figure out a specialty faucet we have in the bathroom, took some notes and did the search we needed to repair the fixture. His work was timely, excellent communications via e-mail or phone calls and followed up on all just as he said he would. His pricing was very fair and he has our 100% endorsement.

Plumb Perfect has been working off-and-on on our kitchen sink leak since November of 2013. The first plumber they sent out did not analyze the problem thoroughly. He tightened some pipes under the sink, the leak persisted, and I had to call again. This time I got Dave and was asked to replace the kitchen sink faucet. He recommended a supply house that Plumb Perfect favors, that has just one outlet in Santa Clara. My husband and I both work full-time and have two very active boys, yet I made time to go down to the recommended place over one weekend. The supply house did not have the brand or finish I was looking for and told me that I could order one from their catalogs if I wished to. I like Moen as I've used their faucets in the past and love the look and functionality. So I did some on-line research myself and special ordered a beautiful Moen. The first appointment with Plumb Perfect for the install was sometime mid-day on a working day and I rushed home in the middle of my work day to be on time. After I got home, at the time of the appointment, I get a call from Dave's office manager explaining how he forgot he was supposed to be at our house for the install and was stuck at another job. So I schedule for another day, requesting that Dave come in early enough in the afternoon to finish the install (which they estimate will take 2 to 3 hours) before our kids have to picked up at around 4. Dave turned up closer to 3. And then told us that the Moen faucet was very poorly made (I hope someone from Moen is reading this) and that and he will not install it. In the days that followed we went back and forth with Dave recommending another brand/model that I did not like. I finally asked him to recommend a Moen model that he would be willing to install, but despite follow-up phone calls and emails from my end, there was no response or action from Plumb Perfect. We finally got tired of waiting to hear back and went ahead and used a different plumber.
Dave might be a good guy and might work for you if you have a stay-at-home person with time on his/her hands but if you are busy professionals that just need someone to come in and get the job done well, I would not recommend Plumb Perfect.

Dave has been our plumber for several years and always does a good job. We had a leak under our kitchen sink, which he came to fix right away. He suggested we replace our faucet to prepare for the installation of a new reverse osmosis unit, and he removed the existing filter to make things easier. There was also a hole in one of our pipes. He purchased a new one for us and replaced it at no charge.
We live in a condominium and placed Dave's name on our website so others might use him also.
