Getting a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Dave for our water heater issue. He NEVER mentioned his $168/hr charge, engaged with us in lengthy discussion, told us that the exact model replacement will be under $250. However, once the work was done, he refused to keep his word about cost replacement to be under $250 and asked us to pay $672 for 4 hours of work, even though he spent 30min first day to discuss the problem, 15-20 min to remove the old unit and less than 2 hours just working on putting the new unit. I felt it as a complete rip off, but he wouldn't budge. Since he said it was his wife's birthday that day, I just let it go and paid him since the new heater was already placed in. I really can't understand why he was so unprofessional about this.

Dave's a professional. Knows his trade and teaches his apprentices well. I used to learn under Dave but that was awhile ago. I wish i would have been smarter back then then I could still be learning from the legend. Wish you guys the best!!

This company is NOT RELIABLE!! I had a confirmed appointment for an emergency service. They never arrived for the appointment and I could never reach anyone at the company again. I left several messages and still never got a call back to this day. And because my appointment was confirmed for the end of the day I was left paying an extremely high rate for an after hours service. They have horrible customer service and left me in a really bad position.

Dave knows his stuff. He's a wizard with his craft. 100% satisfied. Solved a long standing issue with our shower pipes which was unresolved for years despite few other plumbers attempting to absolve the issue.

My experience: Dave came to my rescue, helping me out of a plumbing nightmare during a kitchen remodel. He found sub-par work done by another plumber (enough said). David advised what should be done to make the repairs correct and to code. Do not hesitate to hire Plumb Perfect. Dave and team will be considerate, fair and offer honesty with their customers. Dave's responsiveness, quality workmanship and simple kindness went a long way to ease my mind during a stressful time. Easy to work with!

They canceled on us 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive for the job, and offered to reschedule a week out. I guess at least they called to cancel?

They were pretty responsive in terms of coming out to take a look at our problem and discuss our options with us verbally, in theory in order to give us a quote.

Unfortunately, while the guy was very nice, all we ended up with was a charge for a quote, of $75, which was not disclosed until after he showed up and described his recommendations (replacing toilet sewer line, replacing tile work around a leaking tub shower).

We learned later from another plumber that our toilet sewer connection was fine. The only evidence of issues was very old (ie, it was not an active issue but was fine now) and when this other plumber replaced the toilet for us, he showed us how there was no active leak and hadn't been for a long time.

We also learned from the other plumber that we didn't need to remove all our tile and replace it to deal with the leaking shower stall. Rather, we just needed to re-grout the existing tile -- a far smaller and less expensive job.

So we were disappointed with Plumb Perfect. They were the ONLY person who charged us to create a quote....that cost was not disclosed ahead of time.....and what he told us needed to be done didn't actually end up being the case.
