Very disappointed. 3rd time hiring Rick. dish washer was leaking. I asked him to fix the leak and come back for new dish washer installation. He asked for the payment up front. Because I knew him already I agreed. Fast forward, dish washer is delivered. He agrees to come on Monday. Monday rolls around. I am texting him, no answer. I text him again on Tuesday, no answer. On Wednesday I have my neighbor call him. He picks up right away. Five minutes later I call him, he won't pick up. Now I am out 130 bucks and have my new dish washer just sitting here. I was satisfied the first two times I hired Rick. Not sure what this is about.

Rick replaced an outside spigot that had developed pinhole leaks and was spraying on the exterior of the house. He got it done quickly and did a thorough job. He had to cut open the drywall inside the house to access the pipes but had a neat trick to repairing the drywall that minimized the repair complexity. He was a pleasure to deal with and I'd happily call him for any future issues.

Late review. In early May my disposal started leaking ( it was 12 years old) called Plump Papi. He quoted price with replacement, came out with in a day, replaced disposal. He was professional, genuine, didn't even try to up sell anything else. Very straight forward, professional, no bologna stuff. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

We discovered a leak in our front yard. We found Plumb Papi on Yelp and he responded immediately. Ricardo Garza is the name of the plumber and owner who came out the following morning. He quickly and efficiently fixed the leak. Ricardo is very professional and knowledgeable. We have asked him to give us an estimate for the plumbing part of our kitchen remodel.

It started with a slow draining kitchen sink. The next day we popped a load of clothes in the wash and a few minutes later I watched black water start to rise out of the sink and knew some not-so-fun times were ahead.

I called a plumber from one of the bigger Austin companies to come out and clear the clog. He spent a few hours working on the problem and had no success. "You're gonna need to replace all your pipes." I asked him ballpark estimate, and he quoted me FORTY GRAND.

Time for a second opinion, enter Rick. He was at my house the same night that I called, and walked me through what he suspected to be the problem in detail. Digging under my foundation was required, and while it wasn't cheap, it wasn't FORTY GRAND -- the job came in for less than half that.

Rick was available to answer questions at the drop of a hat, was super friendly, and found ways to save me a few bucks whenever possible. By the time the work was done, my original problems were fixed, along with a few other issues he'd identified along the way. Rick's crew was professional and worked fast to make sure our issues were sorted out as quickly as possible. He'll be my go-to for any plumbing work from here on out.
