Mistake working with this opposite of profesional plumber. First of all his employee messed up on the work Rick instructed him to do. So I'm in my house and all he is doing is cursing & yelling out his employee using profanity and telling the poor guy who made an error that I'm not going to pay your money for the days work. He was supposed to compete 2 different projects. One was to be paid by my contractor - whom after he did the job was calling me every day asking me the contractor who is also his friend that hired him has not paid yet. I told him don't worry I'll make sure it gets paid. After a few days the contractor made the payment and Rick disappeared from messaging me and never came back to install the jacuzzi. The second portion that was instructed by me was paid & he acknowledged payment. I would be careful and think twice about hiring him. Very unprofessional and very crooked if you ask me. Facts don't lie. I have all documentation & text messages Saved for proof. I will go ahead and place this under rip off report and the bbb too so others don't have to deal with this piece of work. Very fake person. I highly Dont recommend & if you notice his positive reviewers all have very few reviews posted. I am have a lengthy history and outstanding standing with Yelp. What I am stating are facts !!!

Rick did the plumbing in our master bath remodel and does not do his job right or stand behind his work. Installed the wrong valve leaving us with an unusable shower that he refuses to come fix.

Very disappointed. 3rd time hiring Rick. dish washer was leaking. I asked him to fix the leak and come back for new dish washer installation. He asked for the payment up front. Because I knew him already I agreed. Fast forward, dish washer is delivered. He agrees to come on Monday. Monday rolls around. I am texting him, no answer. I text him again on Tuesday, no answer. On Wednesday I have my neighbor call him. He picks up right away. Five minutes later I call him, he won't pick up. Now I am out 130 bucks and have my new dish washer just sitting here. I was satisfied the first two times I hired Rick. Not sure what this is about.

Rick replaced an outside spigot that had developed pinhole leaks and was spraying on the exterior of the house. He got it done quickly and did a thorough job. He had to cut open the drywall inside the house to access the pipes but had a neat trick to repairing the drywall that minimized the repair complexity. He was a pleasure to deal with and I'd happily call him for any future issues.

Late review. In early May my disposal started leaking ( it was 12 years old) called Plump Papi. He quoted price with replacement, came out with in a day, replaced disposal. He was professional, genuine, didn't even try to up sell anything else. Very straight forward, professional, no bologna stuff. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.
